faisalgunHere we go again. After disgraceful obfuscation by the Toronto police, it now appears that Pakistani immigrant-stock mass murderer Faisal Hussain may indeed have been a terrorist. [Jihad Denial in Toronto: Hussain Was a Known Wolf, by Bruce Bawer, PJMedia, July 24, 2018] We will probably never know, given Western elites’ fanatical determination to hide the truth in its drive to Elect A New People. But we do know this: if Faisal Hussain’s family had not been allowed to immigrate to Canada, he would not subsequently have been able to murder two young Canadian girls and wound 13 others.

Toronto was, according to Statistics Canada, 8.2 % Muslim in 2011, up from 5.5 % in 2001. We can only guess what it is now. And this is happening everywhere in North America—even in my home town of Baltimore and in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.

“What is this?” I asked as I looked out the car windows last Easter morning in Baltimore. “National Muslim Day?”

My kids and I had just pulled into town for Holy Mass and were sitting at a light near Camden Yards. A horde of Mohammedans swept onto Pratt, Conway and S. Charles streets, the women clad in the usual “stupid medieval rags,” as  Oriana Fallaci rightly called them.[The Agitator | Oriana Fallaci directs her fury toward Islam, By Margaret Talbot, The New Yorker, June 5, 2006]

The church was about five minutes from the Muslim raree. Even there we had not escaped the votaries of Mahound. Walking toward us by the church door was a creature attired in full, black burqa. It was physically repulsive.

And it was Baltimore.

I thought the city was becoming Dearborn, MI, but Google answered my question: Muslims, the CBS affiliate reported, were marching to protest the shooting of another “unarmed black man” .[Muslims In Baltimore Rally Against Fatal Shooting Of Stephon Clark By Sacramento Police, by Devin Bartolotta, CBS Baltimore-WJZ13, April 1, 2018]

But there was more to this “protest” than met the eye. The protest coincided, the leftist Baltimore Sun reported, with the annual convention of an outfit you probably haven’t heard of: The Islamic Circle of North America [Muslims in Baltimore protest fatal shooting of Stephon Clark by police in Sacramento, by Colin Campbell, The Baltimore Sun, April 1].

Among the speakers this year was the Islamist loon Linda Sarsour, whose views are so extreme even The Huffington Post published a piece denouncing her [Linda Sarsour Is Dangerous, So Let’s All Stop Pretending Otherwise, by Dr. Munr Kazmir, The Huffington Post, July 21, 2017].

Last year, the Sun reported that the ICNA convention, called a “Conference for Peace,” also drew 20,000 [Thousands Of Muslims Gather In Downtown Baltimore For Annual Convention, by Catherine Rentz, April 15, 2017].

If you’re Christian and want a thumb in the eye, by the way, go to the ICNA’s convention website. The conference in 2019 will be held, once again, on “Easter Weekend.” Get it?

But that’s no surprise when you learn that the Islamic Circle of North America is not a quilting club for Muslim sister-wives. David Horowitz's encyclopedic Discover the Networks, in a detailed account, describes it as “the American affiliate of Jamaat-e-Islami, South Asia’s largest Islamist group. Jamaat’s militant wing, Hizbul Mujahideen—aka Hizb-ul Mujahideen—owned the Pakistani compound where Osama bin Laden was living at the time of his death...” [Islamic Circle Of North America (ICNA)]

So there you have it. An Islamic group tied to terrorists is organizing “conventions” for upwards of 20,000 people, a number larger than the population of more than few small American cities.

And Baltimore far from alone. Even in the Shenandoah Valley, the numbers are scarily high. Traveling south on Interstate 81, you can’t avoid the crescent moon that adorns the hilltop Harrisonburg’s mosque. The splash photo on its homepage shows that city Muslims commandeered Harrisonburg High School for some sort of function that included prayer rugs.

Apparently America's decades long ban on prayer in schools doesn't apply to Muslims.

“There are about 4,000 Muslims living in the Friendly City,” the local ABC affiliate gushed two years ago. “While many say they have been treated very well in Harrisonburg, some say they have felt discrimination before in other places” [This Religion Has 4,000 Members In Harrisonburg, by Devin Turk, WHSV3, April 21, 2016].

Of course, city Leftists think all this “diversity” is wonderful, as a top official at James Madison University averred in the Washington Post:

Who would guess that a city tucked in the Shenandoah Valley of western Virginia, with a population of 53,000 and a hard-working rural history, is a model of international coexistence?

Students in Harrisonburg City Public Schools come from a variety of nations. Among limited-English proficiency speakers, only 55 percent were born in the United States. The second-largest segment of the LEP population by country of origin is Iraqi. Then there are the Hondurans, Puerto Ricans, Salvadorans and Mexicans. The Congolese, Ethiopians, Jordanians, Ukrainians and Syrians are represented, too. As of January 2016, Harrisonburg City Public Schools are attended by students from 46 countries.

One might guess that so many people from so many places around the world never could get along in such a small town given the unnerving level of social discord represented in the media regarding immigration and the fear of terrorism. Yet they do. Crime is mostly petty. Only four police officers have died in the line of duty since the first in 1959. What on earth is happening in Harrisonburg?

[How One Small Virginia Town Embraces Immigration — And Is Better Off For It, by Andrew D. Perrine, Feb, 10, 2017]

Here’s what’s happening in Harrisonburg: an immivasion. Leftist fanatics are helping Muslims colonize America. WaPo’s Perrine explained how it’s happening:

Harrisonburg is an official Church World Service refugee resettlement community [emphasis added]. It’s home to James Madison University and Eastern Mennonite University, which brings a lot of foreign nationals to town through its missionary work around the world.”

Funny thing is, no one at the Church World Service asked the families of those who have lived here for 300 years whether they wanted their town to become a “refugee resettlement community.”

It seems impossible that Harrisonburg is home to 4,000 Muslims, any number of whom, again, could be mall stabbers, marathon bombers, or maybe late summer hijackers. But checking that datum with the Association of Religious Data Archives showed that it’s just about right. The last census estimated 3,436, or 7 percent of the city’s population at the time [Muslim Estimate Counties (2010)].

According to the University of Virginia’s Weldon Cooper Center, the city’s population is now about 54,689 [Virginia Population Estimates, July 1, 2017]. That means the percentage of Muslims, if the population has grown to 4,000, as the television station reported, is 7.3 percent.

What about other cities and counties in Virginia? The obvious place to look is Northern Virginia. Winchester was home to about 100 Muslims, ARDA reported, but the county in which it sits, Frederick, had the same number as Harrisonburg: 3,436, about 4.39 percent of the population.

More than 50,000 Muslims lived in Fairfax County, accounting for 4.63 percent of the population, with another 3,436 each in Arlington (1.65 percent) and Alexandria (2.45 percent).

Like Baltimore, the evidence here isn’t merely statistical. It’s anecdotal. Almost everywhere you now see or hear Muslims. In the grocery. At the bus stop. At the gym.

The women, of course, are most noticeable because so many are attired in chadors. It’s quite the sight to see a Muslim woman in full regalia on a treadmill. Or one in a burkini at the swimming pool. Muslims are now everywhere, swarthy men jabbering in their native tongue, their wives dressed in medieval rags.

Meanwhile, some locals invite more of them with these idiotic signs—the brainstorm of a leftist Mennonite in Harrisonburg—noticeable in front yards up and down the Valley.

But where in America does Islam dominate numberswise? Not Dearborn MI. It’s tiny Emporia, Va., where a little more than 1,700 of the city’s 7,000 inhabitants, as of 2010, were Muslim.

As Sam Francis said, one would have thought the Bush Administration would have stopped Islamic immigration the day after 9/11. But, incredibly, the trend was precisely the opposite.

Today, according to the Pew Research Center, the American Muslim population is 3.45 million, up from 2.75 million in 2011 [New Estimates Show U.S. Muslim Population Continues To Grow, by Besheer Mohamed, Jan. 3, 2018]. That’s 25 percent.

And it’s increased 47 percent since 2007.

And what of my hometown in “The Land of Pleasant Living,” as the old National Bohemian beer jingle called Maryland? ARDA reported that about 3,400 Muslims live in Baltimore City, and another 10,000 or so in the county, where I grew up.

Again, this was eight years ago. If Pew’s growth estimate is correct, applying it to Baltimore means the city-county population is now almost 17,000. If so, the car burnings and rape waves are just a matter of time?

So on Easter morning in the largest city in a state founded by Catholics—site of the first Mass in the English colonies, home of America’s first cathedral—Muslims swarmed the streets at the behest of Islamic supremacists linked to Osama bin Laden.
