Certain things about thuggy black males pop up over and over.

One, they have hair-trigger tempers. Two, they punch hard.  Three, they have total contempt for older whitess.  Four, they're learning that claiming a racial slur was used will get them out of trouble.

All four may have been at play for this incident, which would surely draw cheers from the BLM/thug audience.

Dunkin’ customer dies several days after employee punches him: police - pennlive.com, Pennlive.com, May 11, 2021

TAMPA, Fla. — A Dunkin’ employee faces a manslaughter charge after punching a customer who then fell, hit his head and later died, police say.

The single punch that led to the arrest of 27-year-old Corey Pujols was thrown May 4 at the Dunkin’ store in the Marathon gas station at 410 S 50th St., just south of the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway, according to an arrest report.

Police and fire rescue crews were called to the store about 1:30 p.m. and found a 77-year-old man unconscious and bleeding from the head. Paramedics took the man to Tampa General Hospital, where he was placed in intensive care.

The man’s name is not included in the arrest report. The Tampa Police Department does not release the names of crime victims due to the department’s interpretation of Marsy’s Law, a voter-approved amendment to the state Constitution that was meant to protect crime victims but that deprives the public of information long available under Florida’s public records law.

Pujols told police that the man was a regular customer, was “extremely rude” that day and called Pujols a racial slur, according to the report. Pujols, who is Black, said he asked the man to repeat what he said, and he uttered the same slur. Pujols said he punched the man once in the face, causing him to fall, the report said. The slur is not included in the report. [More]

I don't know if a racial slur was used.  Obviously, even if it was, that would not justify the murder of a 77-year-old man, who I presume is white. (Marsy’s Law, however interpreted, would not prevent them from saying “The victim was white,” assuming this is the case, they redact that detail themselves.)

When people speak in anger, racial slurs start flying.  On the other hand, in this day and age, it's increasingly difficult to believe that "the n-word" is being used.

It wasn't here: Myles Garrett Knows: Claim Slur Used, Get Off Scot-Free, but blacks know what to say to get themselves out of trouble.

If the interaction had been between a slovenly, nose-ringed white teenage Dunkin' worker and a surly white senior citizen, it would have stopped at sharp words.  Nobody would have died.

As I mentioned last year, de Tocqueville put it well when he observed that violence is "the only account that has ever been opened between the two races."
