ICE SVU continues to ignore its statutory responsibility to enforce the immigration and customs laws of the United States. In its latest case, ICE SVU has decided to replace the Bristol Borough Police Department and instead of arresting illegal aliens and drug smugglers who violate Federal laws, to act as a local law enforcement agency and arrest a child molester.
A Bristol Borough man sexually assaulted three children, recorded the assaults, and shared some of the recordings on various social media sites, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced at a news conference on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023. Brian Nathaniel Harris, 28, of Pond Street, was charged Tuesday morning with more than 160 counts, almost all of them felonies, related to the sexual assaults and production and dissemination of child pornography. He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Jan Vislosky and sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility under $20 million bail…
This case is being investigated by Bucks County Detectives, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and the Attorney General’s Office.

And, as usual, ICE SVU jumped in front of a camera and took credit for the investigation.

This despite the fact that over 150 Americans die every day from fentanyl and associated artificial opiates brought into the United States, mostly from Mexico [Fentanyl Facts, Center For Disease Control, September 6, 2023].
Stopping the importation of illegal drugs is one of the statutory responsibilities of ICE SVU, but instead of arresting drug smugglers, who are usually non-white and likely to be illegal aliens, ICE SVU would rather investigate child porn and child molesters.
Why? Because ICE SVU does not want to arrest drug smugglers and illegal aliens. ICE SVU also is an anti-white organization, so the mostly whites who die from fentanyl overdoses are not a concern of ICE SVU. Instead, ICE SVU takes credit for investigations that are in the jurisdiction of local law enforcement agencies.
How many Americans died of a fentanyl overdose in Pennsylvania? 4,377 Americans died in Pennsylvania while ICE SVU duplicated the work of local police departments instead of arresting Mexican fentanyl smugglers. ICE SVU needs to attend to its statutory responsibilities, illegal immigration and drug smuggling, not be the local police vice squad.
