In February 2021, I found 29 black-on-white violent incidents that resulted in the deaths of victims:
Arrested are Tyjone Flournoy, 23, and Lawrence Thomas, 24.
Reports say the two were slowly cruising through Palladino's neighborhood prompting him to photograph their vehicle. One of the suspects allegedly grabbed the camera which was strapped to the victim. That caused Palladino to fall, fracturing his skull.

Two others were shot, but survived.
Arrested after the incidents: Syrknoreon Dewuntrel Pilgram, 30. The suspect is charged with murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Nathaniel Maurice Smith, 36, is charged with Murder and Armed Criminal Action.
Cook was working his security job at MetroLink, a mass transit operation. Reports say he was shot after he approached a male about a disturbance. Cook was married and the father of two children

29-year-old Raymond Weber faces two counts of murder and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The crime drew national attention after Weber reportedly live streamed a video of the people he murdered.
"Raymond is accused of live streaming himself on social media while holding a gun. Vacaville police said the bodies of two people, a 15-year-old girl and a 27-year-old woman, were visible on the floor in the video," according to KCRA.com.

Arrested after the incident were Ruez Hicks, 19, and Quantavious Dion Burns, 18.

Reports say the victims were doing home repairs when Hicks allegedly entered the building with the intent to commit burglary. Gilmore was found dead outside the home with a pocket ripped. Arrested after the incident is 20-year-old Javione Granger who has been charged with murder.
Granger apparently admitted shooting Godwin, claiming self-defense. Reportedly the victim was unarmed and may have been the victim of road rage.
There’s no mugshot of Granger, who we would presume black because of his name, but there’s a Twitter account for a Summit, MS, black athlete named “Javione Granger”. He’s black.

Dontenize L. Kelly was charged with first-degree murder in their deaths.

Police say Kelly had previously been convicted of a felony.
Beasley, who was black, was found dead February 2, 2021 and Blackmon was found dead on February 4, 2021.

The victims were apparently fatally shot.
Arrested is 19-year-old Nichlous Cole Williams.

The victim's torso was found in the back of a U-Haul truck. Limbs were found in a dumpster near a convenience store and in the victim's home.
Arrested after the discovery is Taray Herring, 47. Herring's criminal record is extensive, reports say.
Reports also say Gerold often hired down-and-outers to help around the house. Herring may have worked for the victims.

Kamare R. Lewis, 17, and Kevin T. Spencer Jr., 15, were charged Tuesday in Milwaukee County Circuit Court with one count each of first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree sexual assault in connection to the Sept. 16 attack. They were charged as parties to the crimes.

The arrests were reported February 9, 202. As Steve Sailer pointed out here, this crime, which involved "half-dozen or more" black youths did not make national news.
Arrested after the crime was Tracy Rollins Jr., 28. Rollins is a truck driver from Texas. Authorities linked Rollins to the crime from papers found in the victim's pockets.

20-year-old Stephen McNeil was charged.
McNeil was described as Hopton's former boyfriend.

"Tykwan Walker, 30, and Debra Smith, 51, are both being sought for questioning, police said Tuesday," according to journalgazette.net.

The UPS driver was shot multiple times. He was working his shift when he was gunned down.
Arrested after the incident and charged with murder: Stephen Joseph Bynem, 30.

Also killed was Coffman's black boyfriend, Owen Deanglo Williamson, 33, who is presumed to have been the shooter.

Arrested after the incident: Marie Nancy Hassan, 23, and Caleb Rinwi Gonga, 21.
Bregman "was an attorney, an investigator with the Maryland State Medical Examiner's Office, a volunteer with the Metropolitan Police Department for 16 years, and for over two decades volunteered for a multiple of Prince George's County Fire Departments," according to legacy.com. Also fatally shot was 27-year-old Joshua Jamal Williams. Williams reportedly shot Fischbach after the victim instructed him to unload his gun. Williams was at a gun store and shooting range where Fischbach worked when the incident occurred.

Reports say Williams first fired a warning shot into the store's ceiling before shooting Fischbach. Other patrons at the site returned fire killing Williams. Billiot was killed in the crossfire.

Arrested is Tymetri Campbell, 38.
The confrontation occurred at the Indiana State Prison where Campbell is an inmate and Lasco was a guard. Reports say Lasco came to the aid of another guard who had been stabbed when Campbell allegedly stabbed Lasco.
Reports say Campbell was serving a 130-year sentence for homicide.

34-year-old Kevin Buckley was taken into custody and confessed to killing the couple.

Arrested is Lawrence Paul Anderson, 42, the victim's neighbor.
Reports say the suspect allegedly cut out the victim's heart, cooked it, and fed it to his family.
He allegedly also killed two of his (black) family members, an uncle and the uncle's four-year-old granddaughter. Roderick Smith, 39, is a suspect in Martin's death.

26-year-old Shamiek Johnson reportedly shot both women to death with a handgun before shooting himself. He briefly survived in critical condition, reports say, then died the next day.
Johnson and Lauren Wilson had a child together.

A suspect has been identified as 35-year-old Nelson Gerrod Hull III.
Another suspect is sought—he’s also black.

Shawn Mark Anthony Saleem, 25, "was actively wanted for a felony charge of concealing the death of another, as well as a misdemeanor charge for allegedly contributing to the delinquency of minors." reports say.

Arrested after the incident: 41-year-old Zaswan E. Rosendary.
The victim was apparently shot in her vehicle at an apartment complex parking lot where she intended to retrieve a cell phone left behind by a grandson. Hayre was on the phone with her daughter, Pamela Geridore, when she was allegedly shot to death. [Family remembers woman shot to death at N. Sentenced in February, 2021 for the 2018 death: Lagaria Slaughter, 19 when arrested in 2019.

Arrested after the incident: Brandon Leath.
Driscoll was visiting Las Vegas when he and a companion walked through a group of “males.” One of the “males” sucker-punched him in the head, causing his death. [Man who died after being punched on Strip was Massachusetts visitor, by Blake Apgar, reviewjournal.com, March 1, 2021]
Convicted of the crime and sentenced to life without parole: 23-year-old Tevin Raeshaun Johnson.

I was unable to uncover any white-on-black homicides during February. Please contact me if you are aware of one.
Federal government data on inter-racial crime is extremely opaque. Statista.com reveals that in 2019 there were 5,787 white homicide victims and 7,484 black victims. In both cases, the race of the killer(s) was unspecified, but most blacks are known to be killed by other blacks.
But the 2016 Edition of American Renaissance’s The Color Of Crime, based on the latest available government data, reported that, in 2013, a black was six times more likely than a non-black to commit murder, and 12 times more likely to murder someone of another race than to be murdered by someone of another race.
Bottom line: White-on-black killings are very rare. It’s not surprising I didn’t uncover any.
