The Biden Regime is working overtime to stop Border Patrol agents from quitting or retiring.
A source inside U.S. Customs and Border Protection says a just-completed, two-day “resiliency training” session focused on “re-educating” agents to accept the regime’s open borders policies.

Resiliency training, CBP’s website says, is “designed to increase the productivity of CBP employees with a comprehensive approach to individual wellness.”
These days, “productivity” means importing and releasing as many illegal aliens as possible to forward The Great Replacement. That said, the website explains “resilience” with the usual bureaucratic twaddle:
Resilience is the ability to withstand, recover and/or grow in the face of stressors and changing demands. The science of resilience tells us that resilient individuals have stronger performance and better health. Using foundational, scientific-based principles of positive psychology, Resilience Skills Training builds individualized skill-sets, which allow employees to thrive in both their professional and personal lives when confronted with obstacles and stressors.
Agents are leaving CBP because superiors won’t permit them to do their jobs, the source said, and so the training was meant to stop a forthcoming “mass exodus.” The source said that CBP could lose 50 percent of its personnel because so many will retire when they have enough time in service to do so.
No one can blame them. Many are immigration patriots. CBP itself discusses an agent who deployed with a U.S. Army Ranger battalion for five tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. That doesn’t sound like a woke Leftist who wants to watch CBP and Immigration and Customs Enforcement release almost 400,000 illegals in six months.
In other words, agents are fed up.
They know what Biden has done. They know he and Homeland Security chief Alejandro Mayorkas, an unindicted Cuban-Jewish visa fraudster, are not enforcing the law, and indeed openly refusing to do so. They know what’s coming if Biden lifts Title 42: as many as 18,000 illegals a day. Indeed, they know that Title 42 expulsions have stopped. The “skill set” agents need to confront those “obstacles and stressors” is processing and transporting illegals as fast as they can to replace the Historic American Nation.

The Border Patrol is no longer apolitical, the source said—not that the Treason Lobby takeover of the agency is news to VDARE readers. Front-line border agents simply want to do their job.
