Troy Miller is lying to Americans. Why is that? Is it because he is a Customs puke? It could be. Customs pukes don’t care about enforcing immigration law. And Troy Miller is a Customs puke from way back, back in 1993 when the rivalry between the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) and the legacy U.S. Customs Service (USCS) was at its height.

As an explanation, a Customs puke is a manager in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), which I derogatorily refer to as ICE SVU, as since its creation under the Homeland Security Act of 2003, where the interior functions of the INS and USCS were merged, Customs pukes have actively sabotaged immigration enforcement in favor of non-immigration related enforcement. A Customs puke is also a manager in U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), of which Miller heads this day. CBP is the successor agency to the border enforcement functions of the INS and USCS at the border, the inspection and examination of person and the inspection of cargo.

At CBP, Miller is responsible for the enforcement of both immigration and customs laws at the border. From his X feed, Miller does not appear to know that he has responsibilities aside from that related to drugs. And that is to be expected from a Customs puke. When Miller started as a Customs Inspector (CI), all he was trained to care about was intercepting drugs. In fact, major drug seizures were the surest way to promotion, outside of being a minority in USCS. Back then Customs pukes did not have to worry about immigration issues—that responsibility at airports, seaports, and land borders was assigned to Immigration Inspectors (II) working for the INS.

Today, however, the positions of CI and II were combined into one position, Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), and they are hiring! However, Miller is not concerned with enforcing immigration law. For Miller, the Biden Open Borders are the wet dream of every Customs puke: immigration is off the table and CBP can concentrate on pretending to stop fentanyl and other drugs. News flash: neither CBP nor ICE SVU Customs pukes are doing very well with either fentanyl or the Honduran drug dealers who dominate the trade [This Is The Hometown Of San Francisco’s Drug Dealers, by Megan Cassidy and Gabrielle Lurie, San Francisco Chronicle, July 21, 2023].

There is an immigration crisis at the border. But according to Miller and the official CBP X account, there is no problem and illegal aliens who arrive in the United States are subject to consequences!

However, the official statistics from CBP show the lie that Miller and CBP are telling the American people.

Here are the numbers:

CBP Enforcement Statistics Fiscal Year 2023, CBP, undated

As one can see, total border arrests in Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 are almost four times that of the last full FY of the Trump Administration, FY 2020.

And the invasion is being reported on national news, so Miller must know about it. Then why is Troy Miller lying to the American people? Does he hate White Americans as Joe Biden does and want the Historic American Nation replaced?

Biden On White Replacement

Is it because he is just a Customs puke who thinks that immigration is not his concern? Could be. Does he just not care? Could be. Does he hate Americans so much that he will lie about an invasion? That is the most likely reason as his lies expose his contempt for America and Americans.

The only question should be: How soon will Troy Miller be indicted for aiding the invasion by the next Administration? Hopefully Ken Paxton will be the next U.S. Attorney General and prosecute Miller for violating Title 8 United States Code Section 1324, Bringing In And Harboring Certain Aliens.

As an interesting aside, Miller has been an illegal “acting” commissioner for over 210 days, which is prohibited by law [“Acting” Officers Can’t Act Forever, and Their Rules Are Illegitimate, by Ilya Shapiro, Cato Institute, September 10, 2020].
