would send a message (which is why the Obama Administration doesn`t want to do it
). I vaguely recall a throwaway pro-immigration reference in a Commentary
article, quite possibly insisted upon by the editors, but that seems to be about it. Like Charles Murray
, Wilson apparently decided there was a limit to the taboos he wished to challenge.
