Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri filed suit yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana to stop the Biden Regime from rescinding the implementation of Title 42, the law that permits immigration authorities to deport illegal aliens for health reasons. The lawsuit says Biden is trespassing the Administrative Procedures Act.

The 42-page lawsuit cites the harm the states will suffer, and accuses the regime of trespassing APA on two counts. APA controls the means by which the executive branch of government can enact or rescind policies. The states say CDC violated the APA’s rules for notice and public comment, and that rescinding Title 42 is “arbitrary and capricious.”

Last week, pursuant to a decision from the Centers for Disease Control, the regime announced it would cease Title 42 expulsions on May 23. POTUS 45 Trump triggered the law in 2020, and regime officials confessed that border agents would be deluged in a new tsunami of penniless, Mexican and Central American vagrants. One estimate: 18,000 per day.

Understandably, state and local officials are terrified of the unassimilable mass of poverty-stricken “migrants” who will invade their cities and towns. And these anticipated arrivals don’t count the “migrant” colonists who have declared squatter’s rights in the American heartland since Traitor Joe took office.

Thus, the lawsuit, which “challenges an imminent, man-made, self-inflicted calamity: the abrupt elimination of the only safety valve preventing this Administration’s disastrous border policies from devolving into an unmitigated chaos and catastrophe.”

The lawsuit cites Biden’s own Democrat backers to support its case, including moderate Amnesty opponent Senator Joe Manchin of West Virginia:

A third Democratic Senator, Joe Manchin, described the Title 42 revocation as an

outright “frightening decision.” He further explained that “[w]e are nowhere near prepared to deal with that  influx. Until we have comprehensive, bipartisan immigration reform that commits to securing our borders and providing a pathway to citizenship for qualified immigrants, Title 42 must stay in place.” In addition, “Title 42 has been an essential tool in combatting the spread of COVID-19 and controlling the influx of migrants at our southern border,” said Senator Manchin. “We are already facing an unprecedented increase in migrants this year, and that will only get worse if the Administration ends the Title 42 policy” [footnotes removed].

Granted, Let’s Go Brandon’s latest border treason might seem “arbitrary and capricious.” But that hardly describes it. Biden’s his own subalterns, again, admit the move will invite a Camp-of-the-Saints invasion and irrevocable disaster. If Biden’s immigration authorities know that a cataclysm is ahead and proceed anyway, the action is purposeful. It’s part of a plan.

That plan is expediting The Great Replacement before the GOP possibly retakes Congress in November’s midterm elections and impeaches Biden.
