The federal court ruling that ordered Biden not to cease Title 42 expulsions has worked…at least for now.

A source inside U.S. Customs and Border Protection told me yesterday that the Border Patrol has reinstated it pursuant to U.S. District Judge Robert Summerhays’ temporary restraining order.

“Since the Title 42 court order dropped, the Border Patrol has reinstated Title 42 for Northern Triangle countries—Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador—for single adults and family groups,” the source said. “It remains to be seen how long before more exceptions are carved out, but a small, if temporary, victory is better than nothing.”

True enough.

Biden had planned to end the expulsions on May 23, and Biden’s own people predicted a tsunami of 18,000 penniless Mexicans and Central Americans per day.

Three states, soon joined by 18 others, sued on the grounds that Biden violated the Administrative Procedures Act. By that time, though, sources said Biden had already stopped the expulsions, and instead was using Title 8 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Though a small victory is better than no victory, never forget what Biden and the Treason Lobby have planned: the dispossession and replacement of the Historic American Nation.
