Originally, I saw stories with no race attached, but this one is different:

Witnesses on Timberland Drive told police three minors bailed out of the pickup truck. Two of them jumped into a silver or light blue crossover-type vehicle and left, while the third was last spotted on foot walking on Mossdale Drive toward Bell Road. Metro Police described him as black with eye-length dreads, wearing a red hoodie with white writing and black Jordan shoes.

Officers across multiple precincts and the Juvenile Crime Task Force are now working to find the juveniles suspected to be connected to the deadly crime.

Three girls, two boys, ages 12 to 16, charged in Nashville murder, robbery, by Kaylin Jorge, Fox17, February 8th 2019

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Five suspects, ages 12 to 16, have been charged with the Thursday murder of a Nashville musician.

Roniyah McKnight, 14, Diamond Lewis, 15, and Decorrius Wright, 16, are charged in the murder of 24-year-old Belmont graduate and local musician Kyle Yorlets.

A 12-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy are also charged in the murder, but can't be identified due to their age, per law.

Metro Police said the young suspects stole a Chevy pickup truck in the alley behind Yorlets' home in the 3200 block of Torbett Street when they spotted him outside. The kids robbed Yorlets of his wallet, but the victim refused when demanded to hand over his keys, Metro Police said.

That's when Yorlets was fatally shot, according to police.

The stolen Chevy pickup truck was recovered Thursday evening at Timberland Drive in Hermitage. Police learned that the three suspects traveled to the west Nashville Walmart along Charlotte Pike. There, officers arrested all five suspects.

Police said they recovered two stolen pistols during the investigation. The vehicle the teens were caught with at Walmart was also reported stolen out of Brentwood.

The investigation is ongoing.

FOX 17 News will avoid reporting the names of juveniles, unless they have been charged with a crime as an adult. Depending on the severity of the crime, exceptions can be made. In this case, due the severity of the crime and the charges, the juveniles may be identified based on an opinion from the Tennessee Attorney General .

Emphases added, except for the business of identifying kids at the end, which Fox17 emphasized themselves.

Remember that while media outlets may be constrained by law from identifying juveniles, their failure to identify suspects by race is self-inflicted. A story with no names could say "Five Black Juveniles Arrested For Murder Of White Man."  But it wouldn't.
