Confession: I have a good friend whose daughter was saved by doctors at St. Jude in Memphis. When I read this story of what happened to a white research doctor at St. Jude at the hands of two blacks, I immediately thought of her and all the children individuals affiliated with the hospital have saved.

Worse yet, Alexander Bulakhov died defending his wife and young daughter from two black criminals in what is regarded as America’s largest black city.

St. Jude research doctor died while defending family from robbers, court records show, Fox13Memphis, November 14, 2023
MEMPHIS, Tenn.—A St. Jude Research Doctor was shot and killed while protecting his family from would-be robbers in Downtown Memphis, according to court records.

Those records show that 32-year-old Alexander Bulakhov was with his wife and daughter when he was robbed by a gunman on Sunday, November 12.

“We came out on the balcony, it was like 7:50. We heard ‘pow,’ and then a woman screamed,” Jacob McLemore, who watched the incident play out from his apartment balcony, said. “There were like 10 or 15 cars, ambulance, unmarked cars. They carried the guy on a stretcher out here, put him on an ambulance.”

Police said that Bulakhov handed over his wallet containing his identification, documents and Discover Credit Card, but the gunman, later identified as 23-year-old Marious Ward, wasn’t satisfied.

Authorities claimed that Ward then pointed the gun at the doctor’s wife and demanded her property as well.

That’s when, according to Ward’s arrest affidavit, Bulakhov stepped in to defend his wife and began fighting with Ward over the gun.

During the struggle, the gun went off, leaving Bulakhov seriously injured, according to police. A single 9mm caliber shell casing was found at the scene.

Bulakhov was rushed to the hospital but did not survive his injuries.

“That poor woman and that little kid,” McLemore said. “She can’t get her husband back,” McLemore said while holding his infant son. “I sit here in the mornings with him drinking coffee. I just don’t know how much longer I want to be down here with my baby.”

MPD said that surveillance video captured before the deadly shooting showed a 2013 Toyota Camry without a bumper and with severe damage to the passenger-side door casing the area. That footage then showed a gunman get out of the car, walk toward Bulakhov and shoot him, police said.

“Dude pulled up in a car,” the witness McLemore said. “It was a driver and a passenger and the passenger got out. He was masked up and all you could see were his eyes,” he said. “I guess they were trying to go down the stairs right here and the dude asked him for the money and the husband tried to fight him off.”

Officers said they found that Camry the next day at the Whitney Manor Apartments and saw Ward and 22-year-old Brandy Rucker get into the car.

Police said that Ward had a 9mm handgun in his waistband when officers pulled them over, the same gun used to kill the doctor.

MPD said that Ward confessed to killing Bulakhov and that Rucker admitted to driving the getaway car.

Ward and Rucker were both charged with first-degree murder, murder in perpetration of a felony, especially aggravated robbery, attempted first-degree murder, attempted aggravated robbery and employment of a firearm with intent to commit a felony.

St. Jude called Bulakhov a valued member of its team.

“We are deeply saddened by the loss of a valued member of the St. Jude community. Our thoughts are with Alexander’s family and we are working to support them during this difficult time.”

Memphis is 64 percent black, and 25 percent white in 2022 ... the man arrested for the murder of Eliza Fletcher, a white mother of two white boys, is black.

The same can be said for the two individuals who murdered Alexander Bulakhov, a white doctor at St. Jude whose research helped young children survive cancer.

Were white privilege real, every individual connected to the black male who murdered Alexander Bulakhov in front of his wife and daughter would be facing consequences. Consider how the concept of white privilege is taught in schools and all white children must atone for their ancestors’ past…

In a world where white privilege were real and omnipresent, every black individual who dared take the life of an innocent white person would see their entire family, to the fourth generation, face dire consequences.

The center cannot hold.

The American Experiment is ending.

The architects of Jim Crow knew the truth, though our Marxists overlords demand we forget.

For every Alexander Bulakhov, the sting of reciting Emmitt Till’s memory loses its potency.

My friend’s daughter is alive because of heroic doctors at St. Jude. Alexander Bulakhov, a white research doctor at St. Jude, is dead because he dared defend his family from two black criminals.
