The Biden Regime Administrative Amnesty, which is reeling from an ever increasing mass zerg rush at the border and the resulting bad optics, is expanding for the main groups of illegal aliens now surging into Mexico from the whole world to the border: Haitians, Cubans, and Nicaraguans.

Curiously missing are adults from the Central American Triangle of Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. Now, the Triangle aliens have their own Central American Minors (CAM) program, but it appears that adults will just be paroled or released upon arrival at the border with a Notice To Report (NTR), with no special “legal” process.

Legal is in scare quotes because the purpose of immigration parole is limited to special circumstances related to American national interests, public interest, and required to be used on a “case-by-case” manner, not a replacement program for Immigrant Visas (IV) or the refugee program. In fact, it is specifically illegal to parole an alien into the United States as a substitute for an approved refugee application or with the intent of the alien to apply for asylum in the United States. Sadly, though, parole now and in the past is a substitute for an application for refugee status, and in the case of CAM, a substitute for denied refugee applications. The ultimate plan is to then give employment authorization to all aliens paroled into the United States, an EAD Amnesty.

The new plan will follow the current program of parole and employment authorization for Venezuelan illegal aliens and the Obama plan for Haitians, just expanded..

The Department of Homeland Security will extend to more nationalities programs modeled after those put in place to admit Ukrainians and Venezuelans under certain conditions, asserting that this measure is one of the “concrete steps” to enhance border security while — and after — the fate of the Title 42 migrant expulsion public health order is in legal limbo…

DHS said it is establishing new parole and work authorization processes for Cubans, Haitians, and Nicaraguans — “with significant consequences for those who fail to use those pathways” — that will be modeled on Uniting for Ukraine, which allows Ukrainians with a financial supporter in the United States temporary stay, and the recent program enacted for Venezuelans, which similarly allows migrants who meet financial backing and other criteria to remain in the U.S. for up to two years.

Of course, there is no reason they can’t expand this program to any other group of illegal aliens: Africans, Indians, Sri Lankans, Chinese, the list is effectively endless, as is the demand by aliens to enter the United States, by hook or crook.

Most interesting is the admission that all the illegal aliens are subject to Expedited Removal (ER), my proposed solution to the zerg rush. Previously the Biden Regime was claiming that all the invaders were fleeing persecution and deserved to be admitted, refusing to use ER for two years. In fact one of the first acts of the Biden Regime Administrative Amnesty was revoking previous implementation of ER!

“Effective immediately, individuals who attempt to enter the United States without permission, do not have a legal basis to remain, and cannot be expelled pursuant to Title 42 will be increasingly subject to expedited removal to their country of origin and subject to a five-year ban on re-entry,” the administration said.

It is also tacit admission as well that the asylum claims that illegal aliens are using are fraudulent. And it has been well established that 95% of asylum claims are fraudulent. But the Biden Regime solution is to parole all the fraudulent asylum claimants into the United States, give them work authorization, then, as in the Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, dare soon-to-be-President Ron DeSantis to deport them. That is the plan, a de facto amnesty via the illegal use of parole.
