Aunt Zeituni Onyango will appear in U.S. Immigration Court on Thursday.  But according to the Boston Herald, Judge Leonard I. Shapiro has banned the public from attending the proceedings [Fate of Obama's aunt to be fought behind closed doors, Boston Herald, February 2, 2010].

Aunt Zeituni is being represented by a high-powered immigration law firm (Margaret W. Wong & Assoc.) with offices in four states.  So we should expect them to manufacture a pretty convincing case, but unfortunately we may never know the details of it.  Still, Judge Shapiro has apparently rejected 68% of the asylum cases that reach his courtroom.
