You have to admire the Democrats/ Main Stream Media. They have reached a new heights of enterprise with their after-hours attempted mugging of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh over an alleged 35 year-old non-criminal episode of which the accuser herself does not remember the details. Latest word, although things are changing quickly: he’s going to make it: The Memo: Tide turns on Kavanaugh, [By Niall Stanage, The Hill, September 19, 2018]. But still…

For immigration patriots, however, there’s only one option: to stand by Kavanaugh 100 percent. He is undoubtedly the best pick for the Supreme Court for an America Firster, which is why Leftists are so committed to his destruction. Out of all the possible candidates on President Trump’s shortlist, Kavanaugh was the only one proven to stand strong on immigration.

In his role as a DC Circuit Court judge, Kavanaugh has consistently argued against the traitorous perfidy of Cheap Labor enthusiasts. In 2014, he issued a powerful dissent against his own court’s ruling in favor of Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse exploiting our broken immigration system.

Fogo claimed their chefs and waiters qualified for L-1B visas because the restaurant claimed it needed foreign employees with "distinctive cultural background and extensive experience cooking and serving meals."

One person is currently prosecuting illegal voting by aliens in the United States. And it’s not Mr. In Charge Since Day 1, nor any of the Obama holdovers that Jeff Sessions has allowed to dominate the Trump Department of Justice.  It is Robert Higdon, United States Attorney (USA) for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Somehow Jeff Sessions was able to find a Republican attorney to be the USA f...

From the Seattle Times: Lynnwood man tried to use a home DNA test to qualify as a minority business owner. He was denied — now he’s suing. State and federal programs aim to ensure minority-owned businesses can compete for government contracts after generations of institutional discrimination. If this is what the left pulls against a sweet nerd like Brett Kavanaugh, I can't wait for the hearings to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg!

Observers of the passing scene were not surprised that the same lunatics screaming that Kavanaugh is going to impose "The Handmaid's Tale" on America also announced that he had committed attempted rape and murder in high school.

His accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, remembered this in a therapy session 30-plus years after the alleged incident—coincidentally, at the exact moment Kavanaugh was all over the news as Mitt Romney's likely Supreme Court nominee.

She doesn't remember the time or place of the assault, told no one for 30 years and has no evidence or corroboration. Maybe the party was at Haven Monahan's house. (He was the instigator of the fraternity gang rape reported in Rolling Stone, which never happened and—luckily for Monahan!—who doesn't exist. Otherwise, he was in BIG trouble.)

But the psychology professor at Palo Alto University—who recently signed a letter denouncing President Trump's border policies (thank you, Attorney General Sessions!)—says a teenaged Kavanaugh threw her on a bed at a party and began groping her, trying to take off her clothes.

From my book review in Taki’s Magazine: Diversity vs. Dignityby Steve Sailer September 19, 2018 Do identity politics truly represent “the demand for dignity,” as centrist political philosopher Francis Fukuyama asserts in the subtitle of his new book, Identity: The Demand for Dignity and the Politics of Resentment? I have a message for virtue-signaling men who've rushed to embrace #MeToo operatives hurling uncorroborated sexual assault allegations into the chaotic court of public opinion. Stuff it. “Even Japan” And Other Countries Deport Illegal Mexican Children—With Their Illegal Parents

Mexican media have taken note: The United States is not the only country that deports Mexican minors and their parents. “Even Japan” deports them— along with several other countries.

The United States is not the only country that deports Mexicans. In Japan, Malaysia, Lebanon, Italy and Vietnam, there have been reported cases of fellow Mexicans, minors, who migrated to those countries and because they did not have their papers in order they were send back.

[Hasta De Japón Deportan A Niños Mexicanos (Even From Japan Mexican Children Are Deported) El Siglo de Torreon, by El Universal, September 1, 2018]

So why does the U.S. get most of the bad publicity for doing what other countries do?

And despite the expense and difficulty of traveling to Asia and Europe, a heck of a lot of these illegals sure seem to wind up in there.

From January of 2001 to July of 2018 there were 223,497 Mexican minors deported. The United States sent 223,132.… After the U.S. was El Salvador with 86 cases, Japan with 10, Italy with five and Malaysia with two and Lebanon and Vietnam with one each.

El Salvador, a country that is poorer than Mexico, was in second place with a not insignificant quantity of 86 Mexican minors deported.
