Personally, I never heard of Sister Souljah (sp?) before or after Bill Clinton’s Sister Souljah Moment.
So, evidently, a Democrat can pick whomever he wants to denounce.
Biden could therefore pick out some incredibly obnoxious white person and denounce him/her.
