WBAL in multicultural Baltimore reports that a Nepalese named Man Bahadur Gurung killed a Zulu (or possibly Ndbele) college student named Mzimazisi Ncube, and because of the Immigration Act of 1965, this is happening in America:

Baltimore County police have arrested a man in connection with a hit-and-run crash that killed a Towson University student.

Man Bahadur Gurung, 36, of Rosedale, was arrested and charged with four charges relating to the crash, including failing to remain at the scene of a fatal accident and additional charges.

Police said investigators found evidence that linked the vehicle, a gray 2017 Toyota Tundra, and Gurung to the crash that resulted in the death of Mzimazisi Ncube, 20, on Dec. 8.

Police have charged Gurung with four charges relating to the crash, including failing to remain at the scene of a fatal accident and additional charges. He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections on denied bail status.

Yu Yao, In Front Of The Statue Of LibertyThe deceased was a college student at Towson (not an aspiring rapper) and a member of a large African family in the area. Frequently when one diverse person kills another diverse person, we hear about the victim's immigration history, but not the killer's.

For example, a murder of a Chinese immigrant girl (Yu Yao, right) by a Hispanic illegal in New York’s Chinatown. Headline: Mother of Yu Yao, Chinese immigrant killed in pipe attack, tries to charge accused killer in court, By Thomas Zambito, New York Daily News, June 1, 2010. The victim is an immigrant in the headline, but the accused killer, Mexican illegal Carlos Cruz, is not.

The race and immigration status of the perpetrator are so unmentionable you usually just see "man arrested". In this case, the accused's diverse first name is "Man", so they should have found a variation.
