First, despite Vice President Joe Biden's trip to Guatemala to discourage the influx of juvenile illegal aliens, while there Biden did not include deportation as part of his effort to discourage illegal immigration.

GUATEMALA (AP) – The U.S. will start to detain families at the border instead of releasing them on their own recognizance, warned Vice President Joe Biden in Guatemala City, where he held a multilateral meeting Friday with Guatemala's president Otto Perez Molina, Salvadoran President Salvador Sanchez Ceren and high-ranking ministers from Honduras and Mexico.Detention does not do much to discourage illegal immigration unless it is backed up by certain deportation, which Biden conspicuously did not announce. There has been no evidence that the Regime is planning to deport these illegal aliens and therefore it appears that most of the juvenile illegal aliens and their mothers will be allowed to stay.

White House Ducks Questions on Deporting Child Migrants
The Obama administration stressed Monday that child migrants entering the country illegally must go through deportation proceedings, but continued to avoid answering questions about how many of them actually show up and end up getting deported.
On a background call with reporters, senior administration officials reiterated that the unaccompanied minors are ineligible for “deferred action” waivers from deportation. But officials moved on without offering statistics or estimates about how many kids are ultimately being sent back to their home countries. [Emphasis added throughout]Even on background, the Regime will not promise deportation, which is within its authority. More telling is that the Regime keeps reiterating that the juvenile illegal aliens are ineligible for the Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Amnesty, as if the DACA Amnesty was the only part of the Administrative Amnesty available to illegal aliens. The Regime long ago announced that only convicted criminals would be a "priority" for deportation and these juvenile illegal aliens are not within any of the Regime "priorities," especially now that recent illegal entry is now another former "priority." It appears the "priority" of deporting recent illegal entrants is going the same way of the "priority" of deporting criminal aliens.
But the final piece that exposes the intent of the Regime in this crisis is that it was planning as far back as January 2014, and given how slow the government moves, well before January 2014, for this manufactured "crisis." (h/t Weasel Zippers)

Escort Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has a continuing and mission critical responsibility for accepting custody of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) from U.S. Border Patrol and other Federal agencies and transporting these juveniles to Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) shelters located throughout the continental United States. ICE is seeking the services of a responsible vendor that shares the philosophy of treating all UAC with dignity and respect, while adhering to standard operating procedures and policies that allow for an effective, efficient, and incident free transport. The Contractor shall provide unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year. Transport will be required for either category of UAC or individual juveniles, to include both male and female juveniles. There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total...It is clear that the Obama Regime manufactured the crisis as part of its general plan to elect a new people, but John Boehner plans to acquiesce in allowing this surge of juvenile illegal aliens and their parents to remain in the United States.

Until adequate housing is made available, Alternatives to Detention (ATD) should be deployed to ensure compliance with court appearances and deportation hearings.There are, however, no alternatives to detention that ensure compliance with the appearance of aliens in deportation hearings. Most released never appear at hearings, at least 59%, but likely much more. Detention is the only means to ensure an illegal alien appears at their hearing and John Boehner wants to give away the store. But it doesn't matter since he supports family unity for these illegal aliens in the United States.
