We've noted the remarkable work of AEI Fellow Jason Richwine before (see here and here). He's just published a long essay on the emerging Hispanic underclass. It appears in the Aug 24 dead tree issue of National Review, which is no doubt why on this occasion Richwine doesn't directly mention what he regards as the critical factor, Hispanics' lower average IQs.
