Out of 318,000 people, St. Louis is 49.2 percent black 43.9 percent white (as of 2010 US Census).

Our good friends at the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department not only put out an annual report on crime broken down by race, but a weekly analysis of the yearly crime rate.

Also, conveniently, breaking out violent crime by the race of suspects.

And 2020, the joyous year Black Lives Matter triumphed nationwide, was perhaps the most deadly year in the city’s history, with homicides increasing by 35% from 2019.

Black Lives Matter, though. Right?

For 2020, 100 of 109 known homicide suspects were black, or 92% of known homicide suspects in the 43% white city of St. Louis were black.

For the record setting year of homicides in St. Louis, 160 of the homicides have no suspect.

  • There were 24 white victims and only 9 white suspects, meaning interracial homicide in St. Louis is predominately black-on-white.
  • 90 percent of the victims were black (236 of 262 victims)

But we are told Black Lives Matter… and anyone pointing out the reality of gun crime and murder in 2021 America is irredeemable for their grievous sin of pattern recognition.
