From: An Anonymous Stanford Alumnus [Email him]

I just got a flyer about this winter's Stanford fundraising roadshow.

It features this man preaching about immigration.A Stanford Alumnus Receives A Fundaising Flyer Featuring A Mexican Immigration Professor

Mariano-Florentino Cuéllar
Stanley Morrison Professor of Law and Director of the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies

As the time approaches, perhaps an exposé on VDARE.com will be in order.

P.S. Don't give them one penny.

James Fulford writes: The "Stanley Morrison Professor of Law" [Email him] isn't nearly as nasty as Jane Elliott (see last night's letter) but here are four things worth knowing about him, via Wikipedia:

  • An American citizen, Cuéllar was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, México, and attended junior high school in Brownsville, Texas. When he was in high school, his family moved from Texas to the city of Calexico, in California’s Imperial Valley.
  • Cuéllar served on the Obama-Biden Transition Project from 2008 where he co-directed the working group on immigration, borders and refugee policy.
  • From early 2009 to the summer of 2010, Cuéllar served in the Obama White House as a Special Assistant to the President for Justice and Regulatory Policy.
  • In 2011, California Governor Jerry Brown considered putting him on the California Supreme Court when Justice Carlos R. Moreno retired.

Could be worse. He could be a Republican.
