Here's my suggestion: for the month of October leading up to Halloween, create an inexpensive  image or three-dimensional prop of a phantom that represents the Phantom of Systemic Racism!

We should mock and ridicule the notion of systemic racism into oblivion.

And we can be creative and enjoy ourselves along the way.

James Fulford writes: There's less evidence for the existence of "systemic racism" than there is for ghosts and vampires. But your government believes in it, and treates it as a real thing.
