I have heard members of the Dissident Right refer to the 2016 Presidential Election as the “Flight 93 Election.” Essentially, Clinton needed to be defeated or she would go the “Full Merkel” and destroy the Historic American Nation forever.

I have nothing against that analogy, but a better one would be to Super Bowl XLIX when the New England Patriots defeated the Seattle Seahawks. During the final moments of that game, the Seahawks drove down the field to the one-yard line. All they needed to do was run it in and they almost certainly would have won the game. But of course, that did not happen. Quarterback Russell Wilson threw an interception and the Patriots ended up winning.

The Left threw an interception in 2016, and gave us one more chance to turn it around. The only difference is that our game is not quite over.
