Re: Today's Letter: A U.K. Reader Says Church Immigration Enthusiasts Must Not Drive Catholics From Their Faith

We Americans are "blessed"—I use the word sarcastically— with a monstrosity fostered by the Catholic Church called the Campaign for Human Development, conceived and developed by a Marxist, Saul Alinsky.

I appreciate letter writer Claire Fair's admonition not to let the predilections of our Bishops separate us from our religion.

And I follow her advice. But she has to admit that many of our so-called spiritual leaders are first order low-lifes.

Hayes writes that he "serves in the bureaucratic bowels of one the world's premier socialist entities, the city government of New York. When I entered city government, I was a Conservative. Then I became a Libertarian. And after seeing what goes on here over the years, I'm now an anarchist."

His previous letter about Larry Kudlow is here.
