Most insidiously, the saboteurs of American justice wear black robes, wield gavels and enlist other officers of the court to help them perpetrate crimes instead of punish them.

The judge in question is Shelley M. Richmond Joseph, a Massachusetts judge who aided and abetted the escape of an illegal alien from her courtroom.

In a ruse that would even be out of place in the fictional legal drama Better Call Saul, Judge Joseph and her court deputy “purposefully” helped illegal alien Oscar Manuel Peguero slip out the back door of her courtroom to escape Immigration And Customs Enforcement, who arrived at the courtroom to deport him.

Peguero was a twice-deported felon, and fugitive wanted on narcotics possession and drunk driving charges, but, in the arms of the Justice System, was let loose. 

That was three years ago. Since then, Judge Joseph and her bailiff faced charges for their scheming, but don’t get your hopes up—last week the United States Department of Justice announced they will be dropping its charges on the dastardly duo. 

Michelle Malkin writes:

Translation: If you’re an American citizen whose loved one gets mowed down by a drunken Peguero/Medina-Perez or whose child overdoses on drugs sold by him, good luck. The law is on the side of the illegal alien criminal and his judicial coddlers, not you and yours.
