With Crossers Rerouted Or Stopped By AMLO, There May NOT Be A Confrontation Between TX National Guard And Biden

Randy Clark is a former Border Patrol Agent who writes for Breitbart. (His bio at the end of the article says he was a “Division Chief for Law Enforcement Operations,” which sounds more like an assignment than a job title like Patrol Agent in Charge, or Assistant Chief). As I pointed out in an earlier article, the aliens are just going to cross elsewhere where the Texas National Guard is not.

Based on Clark’s recent article [Randy Clark: ‘Texas Border Showdown’ Wrought with Political Spin and Misinformation, January 30, 2024], I may have been slightly off on that.

It seems that John Derbyshire’s comment that after Mayorkas and Blinken visited with Mexican President AMLO, AMLO is doing something to alleviate the massive crossings that were taking place. Now the crossings aren’t being stopped entirely, but they have died down a little bit. Something that Biden is hoping to do for his reelection (or Michelle Obama’s election).

Quote from Randy Clark’s article:

“Johnson’s request for information regarding foreign nationals headed to the United States to enter through Eagle Pass implies a perception that actions by Mexico stopped, re-routed, or slowed migrant traffic headed to the Shelby Park area prior to the Speaker’s visit.” It seems Mayorkas didn’t want to give House Speaker Johnson a photo op at the border with thousands of illegal aliens there, so, they’ve re-routed the aliens.

Randy Clark also apparently follows Dan Lyman’s Border Hawk News because he shares a Twitter posting from Border Hawk on how the Mexicans are patrolling the Mexican side.

As a result, it is likely that there never occurs the big showdown between Texas National Guard and the U.S. Border Patrol. This will likely be quietly forgotten in the upcoming news cycle and the push for war with Iran, among other issues.
