A February report [here] by the Pew Research Center asked voters which party could do a better job on the issues...they picked Democrats on 10 out of 12 issues.

For example:

Environment R24% D56% Health Care R27% D49% Immigration R34% D38% Iraq R38% D41%

Hmm...crime and terrorism were the only issues at which voters felt Republicans did a better job.

What caught my eye (of course) was immigration. What is going on? Since when are Democrats better than Republicans at handling immigration?

My guess:

Voters are just so fed up with our Republican controlled Congress and their complete inability to fix our immigration system that anybody will do...and apparently this includes the likes of Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) and the gang.

Wow...now that's desperate.
