Parking lots today are no-go zones where savages with low impulse control often prey on vulnerable people.

• Ethan Liming, 18, was beaten to death in a school parking lot [Source].
• 31-year-old Kayla Hammonds was fatally stabbed in a grocery store parking lot [Source].
