South African police arrested four security guards working at a gold mine partly owned by Nelson Mandela’s grandson and President Jacob Zuma’s nephew, on charges of murder, attempted murder and assault, police spokesman Eugene Opperman said.

The victims were allegedly illegal miners and were operating at Aurora’s Grootvlei mine east of Johannesburg, he said by mobile phone today.
