The Heartland Institute has launched a renewed offensive on the Mail-in voter fraud issue.

Last December they posted Heartland/Rasmussen Poll: One-in-Five Mail-In Voters Admit to Committing at Least One Kind of Voter Fraud During 2020 Election [by Justin Haskins, Christopher Talgo, Donald Kendal, Jack McPherrin, James Taylor, Jim Lakely; December 13, 2023]

This enraged the Democratic Establishment so much that they broke their usual ban on discussing the 2020 theft to snarl and splutter about it. Now the Heartland Institute has opened a second offensive: Who Really Won The 2020 Election? Feb 2024

This policy study takes the results of the Heartland/Rasmussen survey and applies them directly to the six swing states that Biden won by razor-thin margins in 2020: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Because Biden voters cast mail-in ballots at a much higher rate than Trump voters, any level of fraud almost certainly benefited Biden to a significantly greater degree than Trump.

In addition to the 28.2% fraud scenario, the study analyzes the electoral results for every fraud integer from 27% down to 1%. In every instance except the 3%, 2%, and 1% fraud scenarios, our results indicate that Trump would have won the Electoral College in the 2020 U.S. presidential election had fraudulent mail-in ballots not been counted. Hence, even if the level of fraud detected in the Heartland/Rasmussen survey (28.2% of all mail-in ballots) substantially overstated voter fraud by multiple orders of magnitude, Trump would likely still have won the 2020 election.

This of course confirms the conclusions reached in a brilliant essay on The Federalist by J.B. Shurk as early as November 23,2020: 5 More Ways Joe Biden Magically Outperformed Election Norms. Core Democratic strongholds magically produced proportionately more votes than ever.

Bottom line: Mail-in voting hugely facilitates fraud.

While most of the loosening of Mail-In Voting regulations was done ostensibly because of COVID. They have NOT BEEN REVERSED.

Before the 2020 presidential election, mail-in voting played a relatively minor role in U.S. elections…That changed after dozens of state officials used the pandemic to circumvent state legislatures and pass rules that allowed them to send tens of millions of absentee ballots based on outdated and inaccurate voter registration rolls.

…why have the vast majority of developed countries outlawed this practice?

The answer to that question is simple and straightforward. Most First World nations know for a fact that mass mail-in voting is not safe nor secure and almost certainly results in a deluge of illegal ballots being cast and counted.

Talgo goes into some detail about this (both Mexico and Brazil ban mail-in voting entirely). He also suggests a group of promising reforms, none of which Democratic legislatures will be enact (and probably our Commissar/”Judges” would strike down).

For the Democrats DO intend to steal 2024—that is why they are so relaxed about Biden’s condition. And it is not at all clear what will stop them.
