It looks again like Stephen Miller and Ken The Knife Cuccinelli  read your humble correspondent and my posts at VDARE.com.  Not too long ago Matt Albence, Acting head of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the return of the Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty.  There was a modified limited walk back by Ken Cuccinelli, Deputy Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.

Deep State Saboteur Matt Albence

I was at the fore exposing the Albence Amnesty.  [#ICESVU Brings Back The Obama Regime Administrative Amnesty In Honor Of Coronavirus. Why?,March 19, 2020] Homeland Ken reacted.

If not a complete repudiation of the Albence Amnesty, it was a clear rebuke to non-enforcement, but sadly Deep State Albence was not fired.  Anger at Albence is apparently real, but he’s still not fired, which is the consistent problem with the Trump Administration, they don’t fire enough people fast enough.

Top Trump administration officials grew angry with Matt Albence, the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, after he announced that immigration authorities would halt most enforcement efforts during the coronavirus outbreak, according to three people familiar with the situation.

The displeasure with Albence spread throughout Trumpworld and triggered worries about the political implications of adopting — even temporarily — an immigration stance similar to the Obama administration approach. “He’s been on thin ice for some time,” a fourth person said.

The good news is that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids are ongoing.  Perhaps word has gotten out to the troops that Albence is on the way out.

On the first day of California’s “shelter-in-place” lockdown, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (Ice) agents raided immigrant communities in Los Angeles. Different from other raids, they carried N95 medical masks to protect themselves from Covid-19. Also different from previous raids, the Ice agents broke state regulations that ordered everyone to stay home except to do “essential” activities necessary to survive (eg buying food or medicine).

The protective masks Ice agents carried to raid communities in LA are the same personal protective equipment that made headlines in the last week due to extreme shortages endangering the lives of healthcare workers. These frontline health professionals care for patients without this basic protective equipment, forced to risk not only their own health but also the capacity of our health system in this critical pandemic. In fact, the surgeon general issued a statement requesting that all N95 masks be saved for doctors, nurses and other frontline health workers. In a time with severe shortages and orders to “shelter in place”, the federal government chose to prioritize masks for Ice agents instead of necessary health personnel and, ultimately, chose raids over the health of our country.

It is time to fire Albence and others who have been sabotaging President Trump’s immigration enforcement policy.  It is enough to deal with the criminals and kritarchs who interfere, but there is no need to tolerate the saboteurs like the Dirty 19 and Albence, who should know better, as he is legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), not a Customs puke.
