Well, Democrats quickly began taking legal action against Trump, culminating today in a Colorado state court denying Trump a spot on the Republican primary ballot and banning the counting of write-in ballots for Trump.
Not surprisingly, Republican voters have reacted to these Democratic interferences in the democratic process with outrage and loyalty to Trump, the one Republican most likely to lose to Biden, propelling the old man to a huge lead over the field. The Democrats are having the last laugh as they manage to rig the Republican nomination process, as they’ve increasingly been doing in recent elections. But they’re Democrats so it’s democracy when they undermine democracy.
