Melugin is likely correct that this particular agent was likely ordered to do this, though that is not certain. But it again brings up the question: Can Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees be charged as part of the Biden Regime Administrative Amnesty? Obviously Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas, among others, should be.
