Why not call it "cuckoo citizenship"?  This would allude to two things: 1) many species of the cuckoo bird lay their eggs in the nests of other birds, to get the other birds to raise their offspring so the cuckoo bird doesn't have to, and 2) those of us with true citizenship are probably cuckoo to keep giving citizenship to the children of illegal invaders into our country.

James Fulford writes: I'm afraid too many modern Americans have never heard of the metaphor of "the cuckoo in the nest" for this to be useful. However it does suggest the term "illegitimate citizenship" which might be useful. Note that the official biological name for that cuckoo does is brood parasitism.
