Port au Prince is not the entire country of Haiti. With the billions of dollars Haiti is receiving through international aid, Haitians could be placed in other areas of their own country.

America doesn't have enough jobs for its citizens, so any displaced Haitians given refuge here would go onto public welfare, which because of states' budget deficits is being cut everywhere.

Why should we import poverty, crime and illiteracy from Haiti when we have more than we can handle as is?
