Joe Biden’s Black Female Supreme Court nominee is a Kritarch of the worst order.

What’s a Kritarch? Well, in the United States, critical decisions on immigratrion, Affirmative Action, and other issues are now made by judges, rather than through the process of voting. This system is known as a “kritarchy,” with the judges being the Kritarchs.

At issue is Kritarch Ketanji Brown Jackson’s illegal and factually incorrect overturning of the full implementation of Expedited Removal provisions of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, an act which allows immigration officers to remove illegal aliens in a timely manner and without review by the Executive Office for Immigration Review and Federal judiciary.

Under President Donald Trump, the 1996 Act was finally implemented into law. However, the law is no obstacle to Kritarch Ketanji.

An injunction granted by Jackson halted the policy, deciding that an Act of Congress could not be implemented unless the impact on illegal aliens, their families, and the “community” was taken into account first.
