American Express is being sued by a former employee after the card services company allegedly fired him for being White.

Brain Netzel was employed by American Express for 10 years before his firing in the wake of “an avalanche of bad things coming to White people in that company once George Floyd was killed.”

Netzel alleges that the company instituted “anti-racism” policies which “gave preferential treatment to individuals for being Black and unambiguously signaled to White employees that their race was an impediment to getting ahead in the company.”

Netzel’s experience with American Express is one seen in corporate workplaces across the country, as Steve Sailer points out: almost one third of all new S&P 500 board of directors members in 2021 are Black.
