Donald Trump has announced what his administration is going to do about legal immigration; i. e. what he was elected to do. The left is going crazy, and our side is very, very happy. (One small caveat—a merit-based system tends to displace a better class of American, which is why zero immigration would be better, but merit-based is better than  "totally useless".)
