Trayvon Martin, l, and George Zimmerman: In order to incite the mob against Zimmerman, turn up the political pressure for his arrest, and poison the potential jury pool, most MSM outlets, led by WFTV and its racist “reporter,” Daralene Jones, have defamed Zimmerman, by referring to him as a “vigilante” from the get-go, and have always used a mug shot of Zimmerman from an old case, in which the charge was dismissed, in order to insinuate that he is a career criminal

The phony case against George Zimmerman has been based on lies, the three biggest of which have been:

1. That because Zimmerman did not follow the orders of a 911 operator, he was guilty of murder;

2. That Zimmerman can be arrested, and the courts left to sort things out, despite the fact that he hadn’t broken any laws; and

3. That the “eyewitness” accounts of Mary Cutcher and her friend, Selma Mora Lamilla, condemn Zimmerman.

The truth is that Zimmerman wasn’t talking to a 911 operator—he had called a non-emergency police number—and he was under no obligation, in any case, to follow the operator’s advice to back off. Second, no one can be lawfully arrested in this country who has not broken any laws. The courts don’t get to “sort things out,” where no crime has been committed. Finally, Cutcher and Lamilla were not eyewitnesses to anything, at least not until after the confrontation between Martin and Zimmerman was over, and their highly embellished, dramatically evolving accounts ultimately implicate themselves, as being guilty of bearing false witness, not Zimmerman of murder. The Sanford Police Department reported that Cutcher’s original statement to police backed up Zimmerman’s statement. (There was no statement from Lamilla at the time.)

It is understandable that while fake “eyewitness” Mary Cutcher (since joined by Selma Mora Lamilla) has been running from one media interview to another, while insisting that she had avoided the media, the real eyewitness, John, would refuse to show his face on camera, or give his last name: While Cutcher and her fellow fraud, Lamilla, are heroes to the lynch mob, the real eyewitness’ life is in danger.

One day that eyewitness may have to testify in court, giving his full name, with his face visible, but protecting him for now serves the interests of justice because, unlike the coached, hearsay “testimony” of Martin’s secret girlfriend, John’s testimony is not being used to illegally deprive anyone of his life or liberty.

ABC News and Benjamin Crump, the liar, er, lawyer for Martin’s parents, have so far refused to play the entire interview tape for the public, instead telling us what the girlfriend allegedly said. Note that even if we got to see the girlfriend speaking, she revealed her identity, and we heard the entire interview, that would still not compel us to believe anything she said, since there is so far no independent corroboration that she even spoke with Martin at the time, let alone for what they spoke about. Crump insists that he has cell phone records that prove that the girlfriend was on the phone with Martin at the time of the confrontation, but he has not released any such records, not even to the police. He has instead used the gambit that Sharpton honed during the latter’s early Howard Beach and Tawana Brawley race hoaxes, of refusing to cooperate with law enforcement, and yet Crump, who has already told multiple transparent lies, expects the public to take his word on faith for everything.

Crump has lied about Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law, by interpreting it, such that is identical to the law it replaced. He has lied, in denying that Trayvon Martin had beaten George Zimmerman, leaving the man with a bloody nose, a bloody wound on the back of his head, and grass stains on the back of his shirt. And he has lied, in claiming that Trayvon’s voice can be heard yelling for help on the 911 tape, asserting, “We have all the evidence now,” when even Martin’s father said that the voice wasn’t his son’s, the actual eyewitness, John, reported at the time that he saw Zimmerman yelling for help, and called 911 for him, and Crump's own words gave the lie to his claim to “have all the evidence.” As far as I know, during this case Benjamin Crump has yet to be caught telling the truth.

ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.

The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

Our sister station, FOX 35 in Orlando, has spoken to that witness.

What Sanford Police investigators have in the folder, they put together on the killing of Trayvon Martin few know about.

The file now sits in the hands of the state attorney. Now that file is just weeks away from being opened to a grand jury.

It shows more now about why police believed that night that George Zimmerman shouldn't have gone to jail.

Zimmerman called 911 and told dispatchers he was following a teen. The dispatcher told Zimmerman not to.

And from that moment to the shooting, details are few.

But one man's testimony could be key for the police.

"The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: 'help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911," he said.

Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red.

The witness only wanted to be identified as "John," and didn't not want to be shown on camera.

His statements to police were instrumental, because police backed up Zimmerman's claims, saying those screams on the 911 call are those of Zimmerman.

"When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point," John said.

Zimmerman says the shooting was self defense. According to information released on the Sanford city website, Zimmerman said he was going back to his SUV when he was attacked by the teen.

Sanford police say Zimmerman was bloody in his face and head, and the back of his shirt was wet and had grass stains, indicating a struggle took place before the shooting.
