Much like during the 1992 Rodney King riot in Los Angeles when armed Mexican gangs kept black looters out of East L.A., the Mexican Gangs in the Little Village neighborhood—the Mexico of the Midwest—on the West Side of Chicago are out in force driving off black would-be looters.
