Here are eight headlines from around the web.

For every good decision that a judge makes helping out conservatives, it seems like there’s a dozen that harm conservatives more.

In this, “Immigration judges dismissed deportation cases against some 200,000 migrants under President Biden because the Department of Homeland Security failed to file the required paperwork before their court dates, according to a new report.” I can’t help but think this was intentional.

The Border Patrol became so overwhelmed with illegal aliens that they weren’t even doing full Alien Files (A-Files), but instead releasing the aliens with paperwork entitling them to travel inside the United States with the caveat that the aliens were supposed to check in with ICE offices when they got to their destinations and have ICE do the paperwork. I bet a lot of them didn’t bother to check in. Are these the ones being rewarded for not having their paperwork completed? I’m not sure.

If Trump comes into office, will they refile the charges properly? They still aren’t legally here.

In this case Judge Amy Berman Jackson, an Obama appointee, said IRLI had no standing

In a 12-page opinion, Judge Amy Berman Jackson said the plaintiffs, a group of U.S. citizen voters represented by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), lacked standing to challenge the law because they could not demonstrate how they are harmed by noncitizens who vote and run for local office.

Incredible! Illegal aliens voting in an election can clearly favor one candidate more than the other thereby skewing the results. Any idiot can see that except maybe one with a law degree. Despite the last name of Jackson, she is white albeit married to a black man. Her son, Matthew Barnett Jackson, was a Jeopardy champion. A high IQ does not mean common sense.

Fortunately, this is in local elections and in the District of Columbia, but local elections are often held at the same time as federal ones. Could this precedent be used in other jurisdictions? The creeping tide of illegal aliens voting continues.

When someone asks how come so many illegal aliens are fleeing from the Border Patrol, don’t they know they can just surrender and be let go? It turns out that a lot of illegal aliens who were deported are coming back in—this is a crime, and they won’t get catch-and-release.

Likewise, illegal aliens who fled back to their home countries to avoid being charged with crimes are now coming back in.

Going along with the above article, this one continues with a description of the common offenses.

Among the most pervasive criminal offenses were Driving Under the Influence (DUI) and possession of serious drugs. Assault was also quite common among the undocumented perpetrators arrested last year and so were weapons offenses, sexual assault, and burglary. Thousands of the arrested migrants stole vehicles, were charged and/or convicted of fraudulent activities, robbery, forgery and property damage. More than 1,000 committed homicide and kidnapping and other types of threats not specified but considered serious enough by the government to be included in the year-end figures.

The Stupid Party really shot themselves in the foot by having Senator Lankford (on Mitch McConnell’s orders) work with Democrats to come up with an open borders bill. I doubt Schumer even intended to pass the bill because there were so many loopholes in it. He was probably hoping to use it for exactly what it is being used for, i.e.' political points to go after the Republicans and falsely claim the bill would have secured the border.

My advice to Republicans: point out the numerous flaws in the Senate bill, not least that it was intending to fund Ukraine more than anything else, AND, highlight the House bill that even Democratic Senator Fetterman supported. Maybe the Senate Republicans can advance Fetterman as their replacement for Mitch McConnell. They could hardly do worse. As McConnell seems to lose brain function, Fetterman regains it.

In New York, could a mother strangling her own newborn be considered a late-term abortion?

Ann Coulter pointed out that without the miracle blessing of immigration, we would never have been culturally enriched by criminal gangs like MS-13. Wait, why is CNN reporting on a criminal alien (it doesn’t give his immigration status, but he was born in El Salvador)?

Here’s his FBI Most Wanted poster. Notice how it says “White (Hispanic).” Are they going to use this to say white people commit more crimes?

My theory is that CNN is trying to show that ICE is actually still doing their jobs, for the upcoming election.

Remember the fiasco of the Border Patrol trying to prevent Haitians from streaming across the border? Neil Munro writes “In 2021, more than 15,000 Haitian migrants approached the Del Rio river crossing in Texas, creating a TV-magnified political crisis for Biden.” The Mayorkas administration didn’t like the optics of that. So, they sent a few Haitians back to Haiti, but by no means all. Then, they decided to fly Haitians and others into the United States, so there wouldn’t be any bad publicity down on the southern border. There’s a theory that by forcing Haitian Prime Minister Ariel Henry to take the deportees, Henry stopped Biden from pressuring Haiti to organize an election.

Former Biden special envoy to Haiti Dan Foote told Breitbart that Henry said, “I’ll keep taking the deportees but you guys must let me stay in power.”

The lack of the election is one of the reasons that plunged Haiti into chaos. Nice theory, but when has Haiti ever had stability? The people make a place, and Haitians will make little Haitis wherever they go.

Finally, conservatives take note. Mayor Adams is going after the bus companies that transport illegal aliens to New York. It seems to be working.

Now, if he can only pressure the airlines flying illegal aliens into and around New York by the Biden administration. Or the NGOs who still send illegal aliens his way.
