Once upon a time, I used to listen to NPR regularly. For long commutes, it had some excellent thought-provoking segments. I can remember them talking once about common shared experience. The interviewee was saying that if you have a circle of friends and some of the people in that circle go to a restaurant and have a terrible experience, then a second group go to the same restaurant and they too have an awful experience, then you would think the rest of the group would avoid that restaurant. However, the opposite happens, all the other members of the group had to go to see what was so awful about it, and share in the common experience. I keep that in mind when sharing things from liberal propaganda outfits.

The other day, I had a bit of a long drive in front of me, and I was flipping through stations. I landed on NPR’s Terry Gross doing an interview of the New Yorker’s Jonathan Blitzer and his new book, Everyone Who Is Gone Is Here: The US, Central America, and the Making of a Crisis, about the Central American invasion of the United States. To be honest, I couldn’t take but a minute or two of the lies before I changed the station [’New Yorker’ writer traces the current U.S. border crisis back to the Cold War, NPR, January 30, 2024].

I tried coming back to the interview, but I couldn’t take the liberal open borders propaganda that was being thrown down.

I’m not about to go out and buy this open-borders apologist’s book, but I decided to do a bit of research on it. I found this liberal open borders rag’s review of the book: ’Everyone Who Is Gone Is Here’ is a momentous look at immigration cruelties, by Hamilton Cain, Minneapolis Star Tribune, February 1, 2024. The article starts off with a lie. “In January, a woman and two children drowned in the Rio Grande while attempting to cross into the United States; border patrols claimed that Texas Rangers, under orders from Gov. Greg Abbott, refused to let them intervene.” The Texas Military Department denies that happened, but that instead, they went looking for the aliens in distress, but like Border Patrol, were unable to find them in the dark [Texas Military Refutes Democrat Congressman’s Claims That It Didn’t Try To Save Drowning Illegal Aliens, DailyWire, January 14, 2024].

I’m telling you, the Left rejoices when illegal aliens die trying to cross the border because it exploits those deaths to get the open border. I will believe the Texas National Guard far more than anything I will believe coming out of CBP headquarters.

Going back to the Star Tribune open borders propaganda article, “Blitzer reveals a rogues’ gallery of villains, from the famous—Elliott Abrams, Jeff Sessions, Stephen Miller—to shadowy operators.”

But to those of us who have followed the immigration battle for decades, Senator Jeff Sessions and Stephen Miller are heroes, not villains, and history will remember them as such.

Some things that I’m sure Blitzer will leave out; the homicide rate in Central America is far higher than the United States one even if the American one is boosted by imported gangs, and the black on black homicides. I’m sure the liberals would like to blame the United States for the high homicide rate in non-white countries. As Tim Poole supposedly observed, to believe in woke, you have to believe that white people are evil geniuses able to manipulate all the other races. Evil maybe, but we have to be incredibly smart to get El Salvadorans to murder each other. How do we do that, telepathy?

The Star Tribune article also repeats the lie that was the “Deporter in Chief.” As I’ve pointed out previously, Obama was the Deceiver in Chief. Obama reclassified a certain category of Voluntary Returns as Deportations in order to inflate his numbers on paper, not in reality.

Any honest Border Patrol Agent, Deportation Officer, or ICE Special Agent will tell you that was a lie. Starting 5:35 in the video below, you can hear Obama saying “…the statistics are a little deceptive because what we’ve been doing is—with stronger border enforcement—we’ve been apprehending folks at the borders and sending them back. That is counted as a deportation, even though, they may have only been held for a day or 48 hours sent back."

Let me enlighten you, the statistics weren’t “a little deceptive,” they were a flat out lie.

A journofa like Jonathan Blitzer must believe in the Magic Dirt Theory. He must believe that the ground in America will always offer opportunity simply by being there and not because of the efforts of the Founding Fathers and their descendants who actually built the country.

You can watch Blitzer spewing his lies on Frontline’s "Zero Tolerance" program on Youtube, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are anything but an open borders apologist. "Zero Tolerance's" interview with Ann Coulter is far, far better… and more honest.
