I like Beverly Hills more and more:

Beverly Hills has a lot of nice amenities for visitors, but you do want to follow the rules closely. If the sign on Rodeo Drive (just north of the hilarious shopping district) says two hours of free parking, you want to be back in 1:59 or less. Don’t mess with Beverly Hills (especially if you are a serial killer).
