I couldn't agree more with James Fulford’s article. I left LAPD when reverse discrimination victimized me.  I witnessed a great department slowly morph into a sick social experiment. I knew when you no longer had to look for a criminal in the streets, but instead in the police car seat in uniform next to you, it was time to leave.
