On Monday, Fox News reporter William La Jeunesse detailed the freebies that illegal aliens get, stolen from the US taxpayer. Several are particularly infuriating, one being the “$1.24 billion in infant delivery expenses” — that’s anchor babies in plain English. Birth auto-citizenship resulted from the misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment which was passed after the Civil War to assure citizenshi...

The New York Times comes up with a new line of attack for letting lots of violent criminals out of American prisons: in Rwanda, everybody’s favorite African dictator Paul Kagame has been letting out many of the countless Hutu perps in the 1994 genocide of Kagame’s Tutsis. (Actually, not many machete murderers were in prisons in the first place: Rwanda mostly put them in camps and had them farm for ...

Bidenisrunning

BREAKING: Biden announced early 4/25, endorsed Antifa Communist vigilantes and the collapsed Charlottesville Narrative, claimed America is an "idea" i.e. disrespected the Historic American Nation.

Former Vice President Joe Biden is set to announce his third presidential run this week. He currently sits atop the national polls and is often seen as a relatively moderate and safe candidate—even Rush Limbaugh says he’s the Democrats’ “best chance” although the party is now too radical to nominate him. [Rush Limbaugh: Biden is Democrats' best chance at beating Trump ... but he has no chance because of Dems, Foxnews.com, April 24 2019]  Even if nominated, however, Biden would have to contend with his long record of disastrous weakness on immigration.

Biden is an old white guy with a past record that offends woke Leftists. As a senator, Biden pushed tough-on-crime bills that Leftists argue led to mass incarceration and allegedly racist policing. He championed three-strike rules that put more minorities in prison and championed the death penalty for drug dealers. [In the Space of One Minute, Joe Biden Defends the Death Penalty for Drug Dealers, Asset Forfeiture, and Mandatory Minimums, by Christian Britschgi, Reason, April 4, 2019]

He even attacked Republicans for being soft on crime. [Democrats Criticize the Drug Plan As Lacking Toughness and Money, New York Times, September 6, 1989]

According to Robert Mueller, a president can be guilty of obstruction of justice simply by exercising the powers of the president—if he does so with "an intent to obtain an improper advantage for himself or someone else, inconsistent with official duty and the rights of others."

Wow. That's a new standard for a president's Article II powers! I don't see it in my pocket Constitution.

What Mueller is saying is that he should hold the position of supreme exalted master president to review all decisions made by the man who was elected to the office of president by mere voters.

Mueller can't say Trump obstructed justice. The investigation found no Russian "collusion," or related crimes, so there was no justice to obstruct. That's why there's nothing in the report about "perjury," "destroying evidence" or any other recognizable crime, like, say, "accepting a cash bribe."

Instead, Mueller proposes to review the decisions of the person duly elected president on a purity-of-motive standard. "An improper motive," the Mueller report states, "can render an actor's conduct criminal even when the conduct would otherwise be lawful and within the actor's authority."

Except the "actor" here is the president. We're not talking about the "authority" of a CEO or chief of police. We're talking about the U.S. president, whose "authority" comes directly from the Constitution.

If a special counsel is entitled to sit in judgment on a president's motives for exercising his constitutional powers, there will never be a president who is not under investigation for everything he does. Mueller is claiming that prosecutors and Congress have a right to probe the president's state of mind when he orders the 101st Airborne into action or nominates a new Supreme Court justice.

As big a problem Rep. Ilhan Omar is for Jews, Israel and the Democratic Party, she is the face of a much bigger problem for the historic American nation: immigrants, or their children, from what it is now apparently Politically Incorrect to call the Third World being elected to Congress.

Granted, the proximate target of the Muslim Somali refugee’s ire is Israel. “It’s all about the Benjamins,” the Koranically-sworn congresswoman famously tweeted. “I am told everyday that I am anti-American if I am not pro-Israel,” she answered when a Jewish Democrat called out her “anti-Semitism.”

And, granted, the Democrats, particularly open-borders Jewish Democrats, are getting what they deserve. In a party where the sine qua non of success is unqualified support for Israel, top leaders don’t know what to do about Omar, whom they merrily invited to join their subversion.

But however much she fulminates about Israel, her ultimate target is you and me, Jewish or not. She’s in Congress to change the country, and not for the better as real Americans go, given her origins in a country with zero experience in the rule of law and the democratic laws and customs that grow out of it. In Somalia, to quote Mao, power grows out of the barrel of a gun.

Omar isn’t the only one, either. The immigrant or child-of-immigrant contingent in Congress is non-European.

The Pew Research Center reports that 68 of Congress’ 535 members, or 13 percent, are immigrants or the children of immigrants. [In 116th Congress, at least 13% of lawmakers are immigrants or the children of immigrants, by Abigail Geiger, Jan. 24, 2019]. Problem is, the vast majority are non-European.

Forty-two are from Asia, the Middle East or South America. As for the foreign-born, Pew reported, the number is 14, or 3 percent. Only one is European—Polish-born Tom Malinowski. Here's the list:

  • Salud Carbajal, Mexico, Democrat, Calif.
  • Adriano Espaillat, Dominican Republic, Democrat, N.Y.
  • Jesús García, Mexico, Democrat, Ill.
  • Mazie Hirono, Japan, Democrat, Hawaii (The only Senator)
  • Pramila Jayapal, India, Democrat, Wash.
  • Raja Krishnamoorthi, India, Democrat, Ill.
  • Ted Lieu, Taiwan, Democrat, Calif.
  • Tom Malinowski, Poland, Democrat, N.J.
  • Debbie Mucarsel-Powell, Ecuador, Democrat, Fla.
  • Stephanie Murphy, (née Đặng Thị Ngọc Dung) Vietnam, Democrat, Fla.
  • Ilhan Omar, Somalia, Democrat, Minn.
  • Raul Ruiz, Mexico, Democrat, Calif.
  • Albio Sires, Cuba, Democrat, N.J.
  • Norma Torres, Guatemala, Democrat, Calif.

Of course, 57 of the 68 are Democrats. It’s 58 if you count Bernie Sanders, the child and grandchild of immigrants.

Citizenship q8

See, earlier, That Census Citizenship Question: Kritarchs Now Hunting For Thoughtcrimes

"Are you a U.S. citizen?"

Only in self-defeating, sovereignty-eroding America is the idea of asking whether people living in America are American citizens for the American census a matter of controversy.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments on whether the Trump administration can include a citizenship question on the high-stakes 2020 Census questionnaire. Thank goodness, the conservative majority indicated support for allowing it. There's already such a question on the annual American Community Survey administered by the Census Bureau. It was asked in long-form questionnaires sent to a sample of households in 2000. And it was regularly asked in historical census forms from 1820-1950.

But we live in a Trump-deranged age, so now it's tantamount to an international human rights crime to ask anyone about citizenship status at any time for any reason. Heaven forbid we inconvenience or discomfit legal noncitizens or illegal immigrants with a question!

Open borders activists, left-wing immigration lawyers and identity politics radicals exploded on cue:

Weldwhistle

See also: Report From Newport RI: American WASPs—Dispossessed, Degenerate…Or Both?

Former Massachusetts Republican governor Bill Weld [Email him] announced last week he will primary incumbent President Donald Trump for the 2020 Republican nomination and with him, he brings the worst immigration views the GOP has to offer.

Although Weld's chances of earning the nomination are virtually zero, his candidacy is still significant as a result of this WASP Establishment Rockefeller Republican's extreme—and apparently absolutely unreconstructed—views on immigration, which pose a serious threat to the country.

Unlike Trump, who at least campaigned on restricting legal immigration before shifting gears in the State of The Union in February (and then possibly shifting back) Weld, does not even pretend to care about the invasion happening in the country via the southern border. In 2014, Weld described himself as a "rabid liberal on immigration". On that, he is correct. And when it comes to those who believe Americans have the right to control to decide who can and cannot live in the country, his rhetoric mirrors any far-left social justice warrior.

During the 2016 campaign, Weld, who essentially endorsed Hillary Clinton despite being the Libertarian Party VP candidate, called Trump's immigration plan Nazi-esque. He said, "I can hear the glass crunching on Kristallnacht in the ghettos of Warsaw and Vienna when I hear that, honest."
