See, earlier, HOTEL SCARFACE And The Economics of Immigration Recent (quasi) Nobel in Economics laureate Esther Duflo is out hyping her new book using her absolute certainty that the Law of Supply and Demand doesn’t apply to low-skilled immigration, as proven by David Card’s study of the 1980 Cuban Marielito Boatlift influx into Miami. Duflo notes that wages didn’t much decline in Miami over 1980-1...

Earlier, by Hank Johnson: Is Immigration Wimp Tommy Tuberville REALLY The Best Alabama Can Get To Succeed Jeff Sessions?

The next senator from Alabama will be Jeff Sessions—if President Donald J. Trump doesn’t get in his way. The former U.S. attorney general announced his candidacy last week. Though early reports suggested Trump might try to stop Sessions’ return to Capitol Hill, his odds look good. Prominent conservatives and nearly a dozen Republican senators back him and he sits atop the primary polls. But one Trump tweet could knock him down. That would be a tremendous disservice to one of Trump’s most loyal supporters and to his own agenda. Immigration patriots to Trump: stay your twitter finger.

Sessions served in the Senate from 1997 to 2017 until Trump picked him for attorney general. The first poll released after his announcement gave him a double-digit lead over his nearest competitor, former college football coach Tommy Tuberville. Eleven top Republican senators immediately endorsed his campaign, including Alabama’s Republican Senator Richard Shelby and GOP Senate caucus leaders Roy Blunt and John Barasso. Shelby’s endorsement is huge. It shows that Alabama’s GOP Establishment still supports Sessions’ despite Trump [11 GOP senators support Jeff Sessions' comeback bid for Senate, by Burgess Everett, Politico, November 8, 2019].

Half of Fox News’s primetime lineup is pro-Sessions. Tucker Carlson hosted the former senator the day he announced and Laura Ingraham has tweeted her support.

Ann Coulter, Steve Bannon and probably Breitbart should be expected to back Sessions.

Another plus: Sessions has a $2.5 million war chest.

On hearing the State Department's George Kent and William Taylor describe President Donald Trump's withholding of military aid to Ukraine, the New York Times summarized and solemnly endorsed their testimony:

"What clearly concerned both witnesses wasn't simply the abuse of power by the President, but the harm it inflicted on Ukraine, a critical ally, under constant assault by Russian forces."

"'Even as we sit here today, the Russians are attacking Ukrainian soldiers in their own country, and have been for four years,' Taylor said. 'I saw this on the front line last week; the day I was there a Ukrainian soldier was killed and four more wounded.'"

Kent compared Ukrainian resistance to Russia's intervention on the side of the Donbass secessionists to "our own Minutemen in 1776."

“He wanted me to move my car, but you know, I have my right to park anywhere I wanna park. All my man was trying to do was protect his girl like anybody else would.”

Markeis McGlockton’s girlfriend, Britany Jacobs, July 22, 2018

Yes, Virginia (Dare), there is a War On The White Working Class, and the judicial lynching of Michael Drejka for shooting a black man, at first acknowledged by law enforcement to be self-defense but later converted under black political pressure into an incredible twenty-year jail sentence, is the latest example.

On July 19, 2018, black Britany Jacobs drove her black “boyfriend,” Markeis McGlockton, 28, and their three children to a Clearwater FL convenience store. She parked illegally in a handicapped parking space, even though five adjacent parking spaces were available. The 6 foot plus McGlockton went inside the store with the couple’s eldest child.

White Michael Drejka, 47, admonished Jacobs to obey the parking laws.

The next thing Drejka knew, he was on the ground and in pain. The much larger McGlockton had come out of the store without his child, strolled up to Drejka as if he were passing him, and suddenly blindsided him, flattening him on the asphalt.

McGlockton then moved towards Drejka to continue his battery. His girlfriend Jacobs exited their vehicle, leaving their small children inside, to join him.

Still on the ground, Drejka reached for his concealed pistol, and drew it. Seeing the weapon, McGlockton took a couple of steps back. Drejka shot McGlockton once in the chest. McGlockton staggered back to the convenience door, entered, and fell dead.

Who was the attacker, and whom the attacked?

Earlier, by Michelle Malkin: Radical Spawn Chesa Boudin—America's Most Toxic DA Candidate

If you’re looking for a shortcut to get your kid into a prestigious college, but your little one doesn’t have high enough cheekbones to claim to be an Indian, consider the petal-strewn path of the newly elected San Francisco district attorney, Chesa Boudin.

Chesa’s sparkling credentials are: He is the son of celebrated cop-killers Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert! That was enough to win him admission to Yale, Oxford and Yale Law School.

His mother consciously parlayed her way to success by becoming a violent revolutionary after realizing that she wasn’t going to set the world on fire with her SAT and LSAT scores.

Poor Kathy couldn’t get into Oberlin—and then she couldn’t get into Yale Law. She was terrified of “losing her place” as her father Leonard Boudin’s “most cherished offspring,” as Susan Braudy put it in her book, Family Circle: The Boudins and the Aristocracy of the Left. (All this is covered in lascivious detail in my book, Demonic: How the Liberal Mob Is Endangering America.)

By contrast, Kathy’s brother, Michael—the Republican—had nearly perfect board scores, graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, went on to Harvard Law School, worked for a white-shoe law firm, then took a top position in the Reagan administration. Today, he is a federal appeals court judge, appointed by the first President Bush.

The only thing Kathy could do to impress her father—and our nation’s elite institutions—was to become a domestic terrorist.

It worked. Her parents showily displayed Kathy’s motorcycle helmet from her participation in the “Days of Rage” in Chicago. Jean Boudin’s “pride in her aristocratic position on the left,” Braudy writes, made her “the match of any Palm Beach hostess.”

Southern Poverty Law Center enforcer Michael Edison Hayden (he apparently has an Egyptian mother and an Indian wife, which may explain something) just published an article based on email treacherously leaked by Katie McHugh, a disgruntled ex-Breitbart staffer and former Alt Right groupie, showing that Stephen Miller, Trump's much-hated immigration adviser, reads VDARE.com, which the $PLC has declared anathema or as, it puts it "white nationalist". [Stephen Miller’s Affinity for White Nationalism Revealed in Leaked Emails, by Michael Edison Hayden, SPLC, November 12, 2019]

As a result, Sohrab Ahmari [Tweet him], an Iranian Muslim immigrant (converted to Catholicism in 2016) who now edits the New York Post's Op-Ed page (a job Americans won’t do?), is declaring some kind of fatwa against us and Miller:

Which puts us in good company. Ahmari today also tweeted an attack on Founding Father Thomas Jefferson:

I presume Ahmari, as a “political Catholic” convert, objects to Jefferson's agnosticism, and believes all the myths about Jefferson, slavery and Sally Hemings. Jefferson was a farmer, not a "slaver", and there's actually no evidence that he ever had sex with any of his slaves.
