One of the interesting "I did not know that" items in Jerry Kammer`s recent report for CIS on the Carnegie Foundation`s funding of open borders is that in 2007, they gave Jason Riley an African-American immigration enthusiast who works fof the WSJ Edit Page, a grant of 25,000 dollars to write his book Let Them In: The Case for Open Borders .

I don`t see why a man with a book contract and a job with the WSJ actually needs a grant to write an immigration enthusiast book. And if he does, I don`t see why it cant be funded directly by the meat packers.
