Brenda Walker's blog post The “Friendly” Mask of Mexico Falls Away

From: George Weinbaum [e-mail him]

I read Brenda Walker's recent piece. She writes about a "new sheriff in Washington DC". Not quite strong enough—reminds me of treating terrorism as a criminal act as opposed to an act of war.

If a Mexican official, Jorge Castaneda wants the US "legal system [to] break down", as reported in the WSJ, it  seems this is an act of war by Mexico against the US. My answer: close all 50 Mexican consulates in the US, declare all consular employees persona non grata and detain Mexican nationals in the US as "enemy aliens". If Trump does this, we will see how long it takes for Mexico to build and pay for THE WALL.
