From: An Anonymous British Reader [Email him]

I am emailing from the UK. Recently the Metropolitan Police have been found guilty over the 2005 fatal shooting of Azelle Rodney, a drug dealer on the way to attack Colombian rivals. [RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Another drug dealer bites the dust—good!, MailOnline, July 8, 2013]

What I have found remarkable is that no-one will ask the question over this case: what on earth Colombian drug gangs were doing in the UK in the first place?

Colombians are not EU citizens, so we are under no obligation to admit them. If the UK  had proper border controls then this tragedy could have been avoided and Azelle Rodney still alive.
