Mexico Still A Major Thoroughfare To The U.S.

The Biden Border Rush continues, with most of the invaders passing through Mexico. So what’s Mexico doing about it?

Well, some illegal aliens are detained and deported, but many get through to the U.S. border. As Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies has observed, in late December, Mexico allowed 30,000 to 50,000 “migrants” holed up in Tapachula, which is near the border with Guatemala, to move to the U.S. border [Mexico’s Duplicitous ‘Ant Operation’ Moved Tens of Thousands to the U.S. Border Sight Unseen—and Will Again Through 2022, CIS.org, January 17, 2022].

With Biden in the White House, Mexico won’t stop the migration of Central America’s penniless masses.

Illegals Found Packed In Trailers

Several recent cases in the coastal Mexican state of Veracruz exemplify what’s transpiring, and the lengths to which people smugglers go.

Officials recently stopped a semi-truck with 359 illegals stuffed into the trailer:

Following a strategy to curb people trafficking, the INM (Instituto Nacional de Migracion, Mexican immigration bureaucracy) rescued 359 Central American migrants, crowded into a semi-trailer.

At approximately 3:30 a.m., the truck was traveling on the Coatzacoalcos-Veracruz freeway, when a group of federal migration agents detained the truck to carry out a routine check, “when they heard voices coming from the rear part of the vehicle.”

“Upon opening the doors they found migrants crowded”…249 from Guatemala, 38 from Nicaragua, 15 from El Salvador, 8 from Honduras and 4 from Ecuador.

Marty Gottesfeld, 37, is an American political prisoner. There's just no other way to describe the self-taught, nonviolent techie/medical freedom activist now locked away in solitary confinement at a secret federal detention facility in Marion, Illinois—after being transferred this month from a different secret center in Terre Haute, Indiana. Both are known as "communications management units" (CMUs) in prison industrial complex bureaucrat-ese.

Or you could just call them un-American penitentiary black holes.

Twice—last June and this week—I've asked the Federal Bureau of Prisons to explain why Marty is being held in solitary confinement, how long he has been squirreled away and on what grounds he was transferred. "For privacy, safety, and security reasons," I was told, "the BOP does not discuss any individual inmate's conditions of confinement to include housing quarters or reasons for transfer." This past Sunday marked four full months that Marty has been in solitary and blocked from communicating with loved ones or the media.

I first learned of Marty's plight—and his heroism—five years ago

The normalization of mask-wearing likely contributes to rising homicide and car-jacking rates. When I was a kid watching 1960s cowboy TV shows, the term “masked man” was a synonym for “criminal.” (To be precise, bad guy masked men such as horse thieves wore bandana masks over their noses and mouths, while good guy masked men like the Lone Ranger and Zorro wore masks over their eye region.) From TV...

The Regime Media is upset that the U.S. Supreme Court has accepted a case challenging Affirmative Action in college admissions [The Supreme Court adds affirmative action to its potential hit list, by Nina Totenberg, NPR, January 24, 2022]. And maybe it should be. In the famous case of Marbury v. Madison, Chief Justice John Marshall issued a ruling giving a result desired by the incoming Jefferson administration, namely the disqualification of a Judge appointed at the last minute by the much-loathed outgoing Adams administration. But the ruling also laid down long-term precedent—the right of the Supreme Court to overrule acts of Congress—completely adverse to what Jefferson himself wanted. Perhaps it is time for another Marbury v. Madison decision—this time for civil rights…including whites'.

SCOTUS’ actual grant of certiorari consolidates suits against Harvard and UNC—see Steve Sailer’s posts Harvard to Its Asian Rejects: It's Not You, It's Your Personality and Black Female Judge Rules U. Of North Carolina Can Continue Violating 14th Amendment As Long As It Makes Even The Most Transparent Effort To Obfuscate What It Is Doing—but if Harvard loses, so does Yale, which is being sued by the same people.

The suits seek to find their undergraduate admissions policies invalid under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 due to the apparent discrimination of such policies against Asians [The Supreme Court will hear two cases that are likely to end affirmative action, by Ian Millhiser, Vox, January 24, 2022]. If the elite universities lose, the result would be stark: the cutoff of all federal funding, including any tuition funding for their students.

What has been little noticed, however, is that this suit poses some significant and uncomfortable problems for the Supreme Court.

On one hand, the Court could follow the lead of the federal First Circuit Court of Appeals and simply say, in effect, that while more blacks is good, more Asians is bad

Earlier: Immigration Is A Weapon, EU Says. Democrats Using It Against The Historic American Nation

President Biden held a rare press conference last week. Of course, the fawning White House press corps tossed mostly softball questions, but Biden did finally address his treasonous immigration policy. He offered no apologies and no changes. Instead, he lied about the border crisis he created and said Amnesty was the only solution. The sheer madness of Democratic policy was on display for all the world to see.

As far as the Historic American Nation goes, one of the most frightening aspects of the presser was that Biden is clearly more worried about Ukraine’s borders than ours. The word “border” came up nine times, but only three times did the word refer to our own [Remarks by President Biden in Press Conference, WhiteHouse.gov, January 19, 2022]. The White House and the Leftist Regime Media care more about Russians invading Ukraine than millions of “migrants” invading the United States.

Biden defended his horrible immigration policy twice. A reporter asked about Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s warning that Republicans will run in this year’s midterm elections on Biden’s failures, including border security. Biden replied that his “report card” on the border will look pretty good, and that Amnesty would have solved the problem:

Sex Differences in Intelligence: The Development Theory, the latest book by Grand Old Man of psychology Richard Lynn, systematically demonstrates something that has long been obvious to most people (including women, if you know any): On average, men are more intelligent than women—by about 4 IQ points.

(Full disclosure: I have known Lynn since 2012, consider myself his protégé and in 2015 we coauthored Race and Sport: Evolution and Racial Differences in Sporting Ability .

In a dry and dispassionate scientific style, as ever with Lynn’s books, the 91-year-old psychologist takes us on an extremely in-depth tour of all of the available data on sex differences in intelligence, carefully explaining the findings in evolutionary terms. In essence, prior to the development of IQ tests, it was assumed that males must be more intelligent than females because males have larger brains in comparison to their size; and also have accomplished so much more. Lynn cites Charles Darwin himself in this regard: Darwin actually remarked in The Descent of Man that

The chief distinction in the intellectual powers of the two sexes is shown by man attaining to a higher eminence, in whatever he takes up, than woman can attain—whether requiring deep thought, or imagination, or merely the use of the senses and hands

How much longer before he is Cancelled?

The problem, as Lynn explores, is that, as IQ testing developed
