Black Harvard President Claudine Gay was reportedly the Republicans’ top target in Tuesday’s House hearing on campus antisemitism [ 5 takeaways from college antisemitism hearing , by  Bianca Quilantan, Politico, December 5, 2023]This criticism must have been a rude shock to Gay because she has previously soared comfortably upward on one of the most powerful thermals in modern U.S. life: black privilege in academe. Ever since the Floyd Hoax in 2020, traditionally white colleges and universities have been on a hiring binge of blacks for president or chancellor. Other beneficiaries: Daryll Pines (University of Maryland), Gregory Washington, right, (George Mason), Vincent Rougeau (Holy Cross), Michael Drake (University of California), Dwight McBride (The New School) and William Tate IV (Louisiana State University). Some may be qualified, but we all know that’s not why they were hired. They were hired because they advanced the reigning anti-white regime called “diversity,” “inclusion,” and “equity” properly known as DIE.

The numbers are revealing. Of the 336 people hired to head colleges and universities from June 1 through November 30, 2021, 25.3 percent were black [Diversity on the Rise Among College Presidents, by Doug Lederman, Inside Higher Ed, February 13, 2022]. That’s twice the black share of the U.S. population. Non-Hispanic whites accounted for 64.6 percent of the new hires, down from 78 percent during the previous 18-months. That some were headed for “Historically Black Colleges and Universities” only slightly alters the fact of black overrepresentation [What is an HBCU? Sites.Ed.gov]. What happened to Historically White Schools?

This black binge in college hiring is all the more striking because, across the entire college spectrum, black graduation rates lag well behind those of whites. A study in 2019 showed that 64 percent of whites and 74 percent of Asians who entered a four-year college in 2010 complete a degree at the same institution (i.e., did not drop out or transfer) within six years. By contrast, only 40 percent of blacks did so [Status and Trends in the Education of Racial and Ethnic Groups, National Center For Education Statistics].

Blackness advocates claim that blacks enrolled at predominantly white campuses would improve their grades if they had greater “access” to black mentors. Consumed by guilt, white officials have responded by insisting on diversifying faculty and administration. Over time, campuses have created ever-growing bureaucracies staffed by apparatchiks fanatically dedicated to reducing the presence of whites, expanding the presence of nonwhites, and disciplining those who object.

GOP mega-donors are appalled that Gov. Ron DeSantis prohibited kindergarten teachers from sharing anal sex cartoons with their students. Must be some kind of fundamentalist nut.

But a candidate who wants to entirely ban a social media app as bad for children? That’s our gal!

Nikki Haley has vowed to shut down TikTok, right after she declares war on the entire world.

In case you are not one of the 150 million Americans on TikTok, it is a China-based video-sharing app, primarily used by teenagers to post short reels of themselves lip-synching, pranking, dancing and creating optical illusions. Also cute animal videos. Also book reviews. #BookTok has multiple billions of views every year.

Haley’s freakout over an app is only the latest in a long line of hysterias that seems to greet every new technology, particularly those popular with teenagers. (“Hysteria” is from the Greek word “hystera,” meaning uterus.)

The PISA test is a lavishly funded exam of math, reading, and science for a sample of 15-year-olds in 77 countries (e.g., in the U.S., 4,450 students across 297 schools, public and private) that’s given every 3 or 4 years. It’s inherently hard to give a test in multiple languages and have it come out equally fair in all, so don’t get too worked up over who outscored whom by 10 points. (It’s scored ...

By Jason Kessler on 12/04/2023

[Adapted from Jason Kessler’s forthcoming book, Charlottesville and the Death of Free Speech]

Nineteen years ago, the late Sam Francis published a column presciently titled The War On Christmas Is A War On The West. Since then, the link between the ongoing suppression of Christmas symbols in the Public Square and the more recent suppression of the Historic American Nation’s symbols, from the Confederate Battle Flag to statues of abolitionists, blatantly part of the Great Replacement, has become undeniable—most visible most recently in pro-Palestinian attacks on Christmas Tree lightings.

But the destruction of monuments of white heroes isn’t just symbolic. Like a Russian doll, it has inner layer upon inner layer of deep psychological, strategic and spiritual consequences. On the very surface, we perceive simple sloganeering about “racial justice,” “change,” and “White Supremacy” used by the most mindless, emotional and brainwashed masses. Beneath those platitudes, however, are primitive cultural and ethnic hatreds dating to mankind’s primordial origins. Understanding these phenomena will help us understand the full significance of the Woke movement’s racial and political revolution.

That revolution, which began with the race riots of the 1960s, culminated in the “anti-racist” 2020 Floyd Hoax riots that seemed focused on unfinished grievances with the 2017 Charlottesville Unite the Right rally—I was the permit holder—and its defense of Confederate monuments. But it wasn’t just Confederate monuments that were torn down. As many prophesied, including Donald Trump and myself —and Sam Francis, many years ago—they attacked American Founders like Thomas Jefferson and George Washington.

Monuments of kings like Leopold II in Antwerp, Belgium, or Louis The Ninth of France in St. Louis, explorers such as Christopher Columbus, and authors like Thomas Carlyle in Glasgow, Scotland, were toppled or vandalized across the West [Kelvingrove statue of Thomas Carlyle vandalised with anti-police graffiti, by Hamish Morrison, Glasgow Times, June 8, 2020]. Even monuments of Leftists, Abolitionists, and anti-racists were torn down [Photos of defaced statue of Philly abolitionist Matthias Baldwin go viral, by Rob Tornoe, Philadelphia Inquirer, June 12, 2020]. All are (or were) monuments to white men, which speaks to the defining primordial element of such Leftist iconoclasm.

The roots of iconoclasm

Earlier: The Kochtopus Moves Left. And It’s Coming For The Historic American Nation

The powerful Koch donor network has officially endorsed its GOP candidate for president. It wasn’t Donald Trump, and it wasn’t Ron DeSantis. It was Nikki Haley. An odd pick for Koch World, she’s not anyone’s idea of a libertarian. She’s the most hawkish candidate in the field, for instance, although Koch World is, supposedly, non-interventionist. Yet it endorsed her for one main reason: More than anything, it wants to stop Trump and boost immigration. All other concerns pale next to these objectives, and Haley is Koch World’s best bet in the primary field. GOP donors still don’t get it, and so once more will receive a harsh lesson from the voters with whom they claim to share a party.

Americans For Prosperity Action, the main campaign subsidiary of what Murray Rothbard used to call the Kochtopus, promised to intervene in the Republican primary back in February, pledging it would support the most viable Republican not named Donald Trump. In its endorsement memo, AFP claimed it was weighing in on a presidential race for the very first time because the country desperately needs “to turn the page on the past. Donald Trump and Joe Biden will only further perpetuate the country’s downward spiral in politics.” The group claimed that Republicans and Democrats both field bad candidates who promote “extreme” policies that go against America’s core principles.

AFP’s memo says Haley—real name Nimrata Randhawa—is the best positioned to win based on polling, her “experience,” and her policy preferences. The Koch group claims that polls show the Punjabi Indian is the strongest candidate the GOP can run against Joe Biden, while also moving into second in key primary states in the Republican primary. AFP insists that a President Haley will champion Koch World’s core interests as president:

Nikki Haley has a long track record
